Currently, I'm using fire island instant kava. I've noticed that I tend to nod off on this kava as I'm watching tv. Is there a more balanced instant kava (not heavy) anyone can recommend that is from a reputable brand and is not micronized? I've also noticed that most of the kava that is recommended is often sold out at Kalm with Kava and Nakamal at Home. From your experience, how often do these popular kavas get restocked?
