An older fella in a White Mercedes right ahead of me in the right lane chose to early merge in the middle of an intersection.

Not only did you leave an entire right lane empty, you trapped me in the intersection.

Let's remember, zipper merging isn't skipping the line, its the proper way to prevent further congestion.

Does anyone in this group have an idea where someone can get a doctor who can do refills prescriptions for adhd medication? Vyvanse, adderall etc.

It is such a controlled drug and walk in clinics rarely have doctors and all they want it to keep seeing you and charging the government consultation fees while they know they cant offer any solution.This is a topic for another day.

Considering the medication needs a prescription every 30 days I believe it would nice to have a consistent doctor or a psychiatrist in town to help out.

Just in case you all didn’t know, Savona Specialty Plywood laid off a majority of its forces Thursday for the foreseeable future while prolonging contract negotiations. Contract ended Jan 1st 2026. SSP kept missing meetings or cancelling negotiations making sure they fell right in bounds of not bargaining in bad faith.
It seems very ironic they wanted to sign the new contract just before they laid off over 65% of their employees.

EDIT: the current contract allows management the ability to move stat holidays around in the name of production. There is no shift differential. First aid only makes an extra .80 an hour which is lowest in Canada.

This is an X-post from u/ill-Mountain7527 but I just thought it was well written and really speaks to what's going on right now(Especially on Reddit). Personally I have voted for the BC Liberals, the first John Horgan NDP and now for the first time the BC Cons. I have found it very interesting to hear from people why they vote for just one party and that's it! This round for me I voted for the BC Conservatives as I saw them offer the most realistic outlook for BC, and when the Federal election comes up I will most likely be voting for the Federal Liberals.

Unless your dog is a registered service dog, they don't belong at polling stations aka voting stations if you dont know what that is..! Please leave them at home, even if you reealllllly think they belong there with you. There is even signs that dogs are not allowed unless they are service dogs.
