“The accent oracle” got it right albeit not in the correct order of significance, so bonus points if you can get the order right :)

Would you be able to guess where I'm from or what my native language is? I really have no idea how my accent sounds to native speakers, so I'm really curious to know. I'm also open to any corrections for this clip in case I said anything wrong in particular. I love feedback!

I’m not a native speaker but I do live in a Spanish speaking country and use the language daily. I’m curious if you can tell where I live and whether my accent is decent or terrible

Yeah guys, I know a majority of you will think: ‘Why do you wanna sound like a native???’, ‘Focus on your English fluency’ and etc. I got that all the time. But the point is that I really love playing with accents. So just help me improve okay? Thank you for your cooperation

please feel free to be as honest as you like, you can also try to guess where I'm from if you'd like an extra challenge - no one ever gets it right on the first try :)

photo is my own, the text can be found here: https://lingua.com/english/reading/spanish-flu-pandemic-of-1918/ (please excuse the topic, I recorded this a while ago for someone I used to tutor)

American accent check

I made a similar post in this subreddit a year ago, and I’m hoping my accent improved since then.

I was born and raised in South Korea, and my parents don’t speak English.

I first picked up English when I was 3~4 years old from a Filipina lady. My first exposure to American English was when I was six in Kindergarten. Afterwards, I went to an American-style international school since 3rd grade, and came to America last year for college.

I probably had a Filipino accent when I was little, but there’s no way to know for sure. I definitely had a Korean accent in high school tho.

Here’s my accent two and a half years ago in 11th grade.

As a side question, if you assumed I grew up in North America, where would you think I was from?

I’m curious what people would guess. Feel free to be as specific as you’d like—country, region, or even city.
