Tech Support uploading failed?
i tried taking off the shapeshifting face in case its a bug but it keeps rejecting this look? whats up yall think :(
SOLVED!!!
what worked for me
- filling all makeup slots, nikki was missing base makeup ! another example from the comments is forgetting brows because of bangs
other suggestions to try if this is not your issue
- disabling wanxiang face changing (autumn and winter seem to give the most issues)
- repairing the game from the launcher
- giving it a few days for random bugs to clear
- making sure you have not maxed out your lookbook

I may know the reason, you could be missing makeup, it fails to upload because of that. has happened to me many times

missing makeup? like, because she doesnt have base makeup in this look?

i've had this before ! it was due to not having eyebrows on as i had bangs and didn't equip any . i also had shape shifting ability on , so now every time i use it , i just remember to equip every makeup piece
