Literally no one knows.

Choose the one that interests you the most.

Or choose something completely different.

AI is like a cybersecurity major, useless for entry level.

It's your life, ask yourself what YOU want to do. After a while it really doesn't matter. I have a network background and now I do software development.

Think about the Boolean choices of computer systems and networking. They are already easily duplicatable.

Entry level programmers are already being replaced, so the positions you mentioned will certainly be.

For reference; I was trained as a small computer systems specialist in the Marines and was an NT 4 systems administrator.

I have built, configured and networked computers.

AI is the only thing computer related that will lead to career opportunities in the near future.

Data scientist is a good segue into a parallel field with AI because it has to do with understanding the quality and breadth of data required to train models.

Embedded systems and hardware will as well.
