I'm in a tier 2 DU college and am looking to give CAT in the future, I was thinking to appear for cuet again next yr, but if ultimate goal is giving CAT I thought clg name doesn't matter if you make it to top IIMs but someone on reddit told me that IIM students don't get a shortlist from IB companies if you're not from SRCC, hindu, Sscbs no matter how good of PORs u have in clg???? Guys, is this true??? If that's the case I'll reappear for cuet next yr

Which Laptops you guys are using there in IIMs
Some are telling me to buy Mac as it’s the gold standard while some saying not to but at all Mac because excel and many apps doesnt works well and in finance classes you will struggle a lot!
Is it true that mac isn’t handy or its just a exaggeration and mac will serve the purpose !
