Season Jared and the phantom cut
Van: Jared should stop crying about a cut, sear that shut on the flat top like I do.
Van witnessed Dave win Hells Kitchen with a broken wrist, he saw Kevin sprain both his ankles and finish the runner up, saw Robert have heart problems after a grueling punishment, and also Andy cut his finger to the bone but still return for service (even if he did get kicked out and later on eliminated).
And then you have Jared faking a cut and still lying about it in his exit interview.

It’s even more dumb because in S15 when Manda hurt her back, he was like, “There’s no crying in HK”. And he does this shit.

And also his mother cutting herself and still managed to complete the challenge.

I’m rewatching S17 and just finished that ep lol, genuinely so embarrassing for him. It’s like a child faking an illness to get out of school

I always wonder if maybe he got the idea from Gia in the previous season.

Jared should never have been on All Stars. I wonder if he copied Gia from S16 about her "cut"

Fr. Tbh I'd argue All Stars did the most damage to his reputation (even moreso than Josh imo)

It reminded me of Gia when she "cut" her hand and then said it wasnt there when chef wanted to see it.
