What players has MSL actually developed? Newhook? Bolduc (if he keeps pace)?, Hutson (I guess)...

He turned Anderson from a guy who was viewed as a failed power forward into a solid player who can move up and down the line-up. He developed Caufield even through the shoulder problems. Suzuki was promising even before MSL, but he really took off, which makes sense since MSL's said that Suzuki's the player he sees himself in the most.
And before Dach's knee injury, MSL did a better job of developing him in a single season than Chicago had the entire time Dach was with them.

Anderson was always that type of player. Dach he had some success with. Caulfield was pretty much as simple as putting him on the first line... he has not made him trustworthy defensively. Suzuki was pretty much there when he showed up.

With all the talk about former players returning to their old barns with new teams it got me thinking.
What do you all think will be the reception on March 6th when Gally returns?
Personally I predict a standing ovation and cheers.

Dude is definitely getting a very long standing ovation. Hell if he scores on us our fans would still probably cheer. He's forever beloved.

In the post game interview Evans says "I saw Guhle opening up for a shot so I decided to shoot it myself" with a wry grin. And if you watch the replay, after the puck goes in you can see Guhle ready to receive Evans for the celebration but Evans skates right by him like he isn't there, but later doubling back to him for a quick glove tap. He mocked him in the interview and left him hanging after the goal. I doubt it is any serious beef but it is mildly amusing.

I've often said this team is deep enough that it can deal with anyone being out of the lineup with the exception of two players. Those are Suzuki and Hutson. They're the engine. I'm hoping I'm wrong and others really step up. Adversity like this is just another step on the path.
