Question

I am trying to solve a problem that I faced that people cannot follow healthy habits consistently.

For example people have the motivation to go to the gym or exercise and then their motivation goes away after a week and they stop the habit .

Similar goes for eating habits or sleep or it could be using their phone .

If you are facing this problem comment below.

That's exactly why discipline and consistency matter. Motivation only gets you so far. Real progress takes effort and showing up even when you don't feel like it.

It's really a matter of using a system that will actually work for you personally what works for one person wont always work for another person obv. I recommend when you want to build a new habit make sure you set a realistic goal to start and build it into your daily life. For example in the morning if you like coffee meditate while your coffee brews to start out and build up from there or the gym start by going however many days you want to go a week and slowly progress into it go 30 minutes a day the first month then 45 minutes and so forth. Make building habits as easy as possible for yourself and then they will begin to actually stick with you.

the problem is pretty well documented at this point, motivation fades and systems need to take over. what specifically are you trying to solve though? like are you building something or just gathering info
