How to be more likable
How can I become close friends with all my pledge brothers and frat brothers? Should I always be the one coming up with plans and organizing events?
I’m mostly introverted, but once I vibe with people, I become very loud and outgoing. How can I open up more, connect with everyone, and get the most out of Greek life?
I’m currently in my second week of pledging, but things still aren’t really clicking. I want to become someone everyone enjoys being around and, ideally, everyone’s favourite. What should I do?

A big thing my pledge class did was go out to eat at the caf together. Nothing like sitting at a big table full of your fellow brothers. And while idk your chapters process we tended to have events to bond with each other such as retreats and late night study sessions

You don’t always have to be the one to organize, but you can be the one to start. Just ask a few guys to meet up for lunch. Get to know them in smaller groups.
