Welcome Gothamites, new and old, to the subreddit for the TV Series "Gotham" - It is always wonderful to see new followers after the final episode aired on April 25, 2019.

simply adding some glasses and grey hairs would've made this the perfect Gordon look, but instead he has the mustache for all of two seconds

The Gotham cast was totally awesome...

Met Robin at the Sci-fi comic con in Altoona PA two weeks ago. He is a very down to earth person and truly enjoys meeting his fans. I spoke with him three different times during the convention. Several topics included props, make-up, behind the scene things and how the series impacted his life.

In the final season of one of my favorite series, the drop in quality is very noticeable. Beyond the fact that the episode count was reduced to 12, these episodes clearly suffer from limitations in both writing and direction—it all feels rather amateurish and "homemade." In earlier seasons, episodes would end with well-crafted cliffhangers; here, they just seem to cut off abruptly. Then there are so many bizarre elements: Bullock officiating Gordon and Lee’s wedding at the GCPD; Penn, who clearly dies, only to return two episodes later as a ventriloquist; Penguin’s dog; the submarine they build; Nyssa escaping with the treasure; the tunnel Jeremiah has built just for a single dinner at Wayne Manor—and I could go on...

There is very little worth salvaging, which is a real shame.

This is from Jerome’s diary, and I feel
Like I’m going crazy, but is Jeremiah wearing heels and maybe a dress? Obviously is a super messy drawing but i was wondering what it looks like to everyone else.

I mean, I understand why it probably doesn't work in the long run, but still I thought it would be kind of interesting for different characters to have their own foils, in the same way Gordon and the Penguin are reflections of each other.

I did this crack concept last night for a different fandom when VERY sleep deprived, and I'm inspired to do one for Gotham too. So like...if the characters had Pokemon battle moves applied to them, what might they be? Could be a feature, a personality trait, a prop, an arc...anything really.

(And for those UK based, I am now getting SMTV Live flashbacks....) 🙃

Oswald - Umbrella Blow, Mother's Ruin

Harvey - Bitter Coffee, Haunted Sigh

Jim - Righteous Jaw, Fateful Promise

Barbara- Icy Reign, Surprise Haircut

Jerome - Hysterical Horror, Chelsea Smile

Ed - Riddle Me This, Chokehold

Selina - Skyline Scout, Cutpurse

Alfred - Loyal Guardian, Thames House Fury

Bruce - Last One Standing, Inheritance

He was one of my favorite characters; I’m sorry he left the show after the third season. I wish he had stayed the whole time, or at least made a return.

I built a trivia app with about a 100 questions for this show and lots of others and so I wanted to share it with fans
I know not everyone likes downloading and app so for anyone who wants to check it out.

Last night I went back and watched the season premiere of Sheriff Country on-demand. Ben McKenzie cameoed as the sheriff of a neighboring county who finds Morena Baccarin rip-roaring drunk after an especially stressful day and brings her home.

McKenzie does not shout “GCPD!” But he does mention that he and Sheriff Fox “go back a long way.” And Baccarin is quite funny playing a happy drunk. 😄

Been a while since my last watch. Forgot he was in this show.

Hi!!! Does anyone happen to remember what Edward named the plastic skeleton in his apartment from season 2? Or if he even named it at all? Me and a friend have been talking about it but we can’t for the life of us remember it's name, any help would be very very appreciated!!

I have only just started watching Gotham. Currently on S3E03.

Completely hooked on the show. I’ve seen the ending scene with Bruce in the Batman suit and I’m curious as to why we never got a or can’t get a Macfarlane multiverse action figure of this version of Batman. Would be pretty cool.

A continuation of this show in animation or comic book form would be awesome.

What’s the best episode in everyone’s opinion?

Hey guys. WHERE ARE YOU ALL HIDING?? I've been looking everywhere for an active Discord community for fans of the Gotham series, but every server I find is dead.
Would anyone be interested in a Discord community dedicated to the show? Somewhere to discuss characters and episodes, share theories, edits and memes, maybe host some watch parties and just meet other people who love Gotham??
I already run a pretty active Gotham-themed community server called Mr. & Mrs. Jerome, and our whole theme is the Jeromian/Valeska Household. We're basically building our own little Discord family, and I'd absolutely LOVE to welcome more Gotham fans into it. We could even add dedicated spaces for general fandom discussions and fangirling over the show as we grow.
PLEASE tell me I'm not the only one looking for something like this. Where are my Gotham people at??
