I specifically subscribed to GeForce NOW Premium just to play Cyberpunk 2077. I even purchased the game through a link provided directly on their platform.
Before purchasing, I checked that Cyberpunk 2077 was listed as supported under the Premium subscription. The game is literally featured on their website’s promotional banner.
So I paid for both the subscription and the game, expecting to finally enjoy some Cyberpunk.
And guess what? The game doesn’t work.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that I have very limited free time for gaming. I specifically planned to use that time to play Cyberpunk, and now I’m sitting here with a paid streaming subscription that I can’t use for the very reason I purchased it.
And that’s the thing — it’s not just about the money. It’s about my time.
I don’t have endless hours to spend gaming. When I finally get some free time, I want to actually enjoy it, not waste it troubleshooting a service I’ve already paid for.
I can eventually earn that money back, but I can’t get those hours back. And now my subscription time is ticking away while I’m unable to use it for its intended purpose.
But the worst part might actually be the customer support experience.
There’s seemingly no straightforward way to contact support and request a refund. I can report that a game isn’t working, but I don’t even receive a confirmation email, ticket number, or any indication that someone is actually looking into the issue.
Honestly, I feel misled. If you’re actively advertising a game, listing it as supported, and directing customers to purchase it, you should at least make sure it works — or provide a reasonable way to get help or request a refund when it doesn’t.
I’m not asking for anything unreasonable. I just want the service I paid for to work, or a refund if it doesn’t.
And frankly, I don’t think customers should have to spend their already limited free time chasing support just to get what they were promised.
Has anyone else experienced something similar? Does anyone know how to actually reach a human at NVIDIA support to request a refund?
Because right now, I feel like I’ve paid twice — once with my money, and once with my time — and got absolutely nothing in return.
