Hey guys so my nephew was on one of my laptops and long story short. I got this screen. I dont have a disk. Advice? Should I take it to a computer store maybe and they can fix for me? Computer is about 6 years old.

I think the game your nephew wanted to play required some changes in BIOS.

Now you have a UEFI or Secure Boot issue i think. Try to reverse whatever he did.
