Japanese Placement Test

has anyone on here taken the beginner japanese placement test? i’m trying to get placed into 122 for the spring since I was unable to take 121 this fall (i do have prior experience with japanese)

how was the formatting? what kind of questions were there and how difficult were they? does the beginners test have a writing portion and how is that??

thanks for any input!!

End of October 2026 - Has Nike fixed USC's shade of garnet yet?

Question in the title... has Nike fixed USC's shade of garnet yet in more recently released gear, or is it still the Alabama/Oklahoma shade of red (see the picture above, comparing the polo vs. the garner background).

The jerseys actually look somewhat close to the garner color, but the polos and hats still have that red-ish look to them.

The most chaotic path

For those keeping track at home. For complete and utter chaos, here’s some rooting interest:

  1. Win out
  2. Kentucky lose 3/4 remaining games.
  3. Bama lose to LSU and Auburn/Vandy
  4. UGA lose to Florida (and/or GA Tech but preferably keep loses within conference)
  5. Ole Miss lose to UGA and/or Oklahoma
  6. Missouri lose to Arkansas, UGA, and/or Oklahoma
  7. Texas lose to Arkansas and/or A&M
  8. LSU lose to Texas and/or Arkansas
  9. Florida lose to Oklahoma, Vandy, (and/or FSU but preferably keep loses within conference)
  10. Tennessee lose to A&M and/or Vandy
  11. Auburn lose to Arkansas and/or Ole Miss

This would be the most chaotic and interesting timeline. Would leave all of the conference with 3+ losses and would make the selection committee squirm.
