I’m looking to replace my 8 inch barrel on my Galil Ace gen 2 7.62 x 39 with a 13 inch barrel. Where can I find a good one to purchase?

I came across a video about these and I was wondering if anyone has used them and what their experience is with them. I’ve already got the KNS adjustable gas piston in my 7.62 13” Ace 2

Looking to find a Galil Ace 308 pistol. I understand they can be hard to find. I found one recently and they are asking 4500 total. I have a feeling if I'm patient I could find one for 3-4k maybe? Or is 4500 a reasonable price for something so hard to find? I'd love any advice or to be pointed in the right direction. Thank you!

Anyone know where to get replacement bolt carriers for the Ace? I have ideas I wanna try.

Ive seen 50/50 posts online. Team roll-with-it or Team "never ever"..so which is it as I've had a really hard time finding any proper solution. Is the factory Jam Nut ok to use? Back it off a thread or 2 then time muzzle device (if necessary) down to jam nut and torque? I assume with half the threads of the muzzle device on the barrel then it would be concentric. Thanks

Edit: Update as of today..torqued and rocksett and she's perfectly concentric using the jamnut and testing with a rod down the suppressor. 👌

Brand new bone stock, gun was fine for the first few rounds.

Light strikes, trigger not resetting, bent rounds.

Located in Virginia and can’t find any online. I feel in love with the 16” and want something more compact. Would be ok with a 13 but really want a 8” one. Are they discontinued?

Anyone have good recoil pad recommendations for the gen 1 ace? I just bought one and it doesn’t have one.

I’m making an R4, and need the ARM barrel indexed to fit the longer R4 handguard. I also have a dust cover I’d like for someone to try and fix the canted sight.

Would prefer to have someone local (greater Salt Lake) and even better if they have classic Galil experience.

I need some other work on other platforms as well so any recommendations period, regardless of Galil specialty, are appreciated.
