5 years of waiting.

15

u/did_it_for_the_clout Jun 22 '26

My brother in Christ where did the other 79 years go

-31

u/RevolutionaryTitle32 Jun 21 '26

During that time other companies have grown,
If you can not afford to hold this is not the right stock for you.

45

u/Ban_DeezNts Jun 21 '26

You changed the game plan. Many people came here for wife changing money, not to be slowly bled out by a billionaire wannabe Meme Lord treating investors like a personal šŸ§ to finance his inflated personal fortune.

-12

u/Ok-Effective7280 Jun 21 '26

Just getting bigger & better. Bigger & better. Better & bigger. What can I say, I like the stock. Im allowed to like the stock arent i?

2

u/Ban_DeezNts Jun 21 '26

The stock is fine. I’ve got issues with corporate leadership.

-12

u/RevolutionaryTitle32 Jun 21 '26

I have SNDK at $70 and still holding 2k shares so I’m good holding GME until end of time.

19

u/Ban_DeezNts Jun 21 '26

I wrote off my investment as a loss a long time ago. I’m disappointed that I invested time, money and energy in an RC company. Now, I’ve got a real case of the Ass, so I’ll vote against everything that treasonous little enemy of the Constitution ever proposes. I’m not going anywhere and my shares are my vote. How do you like me now? Fuk off.

1

u/Ok-Effective7280 Jun 23 '26

Looks like bandeeznuts has trolled enough & deleted all his comments. šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ Classic. Now thats funny.

-3

u/HaveFun____ Jun 22 '26

To be fair, plans change. Everytime an investment changes you decide again if you put your money in it, and how much.

I might feel like 'holding' for a lot of people but you make that decision every day. You can sell or buy more every day.

I haven't believed in 'MOASS' since they removed the buy button. Still made decent cash on the swings since then. You have to reevaluate your positions in single stocks atleast monthly.

I'm still here btw, position is larger than ever at the moment. But I will probably trim it down again if we hit $30 on no news.

-4

u/HofT Jun 22 '26 edited Jun 22 '26

You're honestly an idiot if you thought GME was a good play years ago while it was losing money. It's only a viable option now.

10

u/Ban_DeezNts Jun 22 '26

It’s only viable now because of Apes bailing out the company.

7

u/Stonkmaster741 Jun 22 '26

Your correct this has been a terrible investment

14

u/Domified Jun 21 '26

"If you can't afford to hold it".... shut the fuck up.

4

u/PsychologicalMeal162 Jun 22 '26

You make it sound like a binary choice.

7

u/SF420SF420 Jun 21 '26

OR... just admit it was a bad play? Stop trying to cope.

4

u/Ban_DeezNts Jun 22 '26

No. Originally it was a great play, but the game changed mid match. The DD of Old was completely correct until the RC dilutions gave the shorts liquidity. Those are his buddies and his social circle. He even said that he’s LOATH to control GameStop. He was also jelly of Roaring Kitty’s popularity. What a bitch.

RC is waiting for the ripe time. It’s been rotten ripe for awhile now.

-1

u/EllisDee3 Jun 21 '26 edited Jun 22 '26

RC is a pedo-supporter.

He wants his MAGA daddy to take them before they're ripe.

Edit: Did you all forget his tweets to his daddy? "Dumph 2028"? Or is everyone a selective dick-rider?

-10

u/TruckerTech Jun 22 '26

I can wait so good....

7

u/Deja__Vu__ Jun 22 '26

MU and SNDK were solid hitters this year. And insert pikachu shock face, they didnt moass. Just part of the AI trend.

1

u/InternationalWalk955 Jun 24 '26

AI trend? You mean bubble?

-1

u/liquid_at Jun 22 '26

funny to read gamblers pretending they are owed q Jackpot, because they would like to be seen as investors....

but you are no investor. you gamble

0

u/Ok-Effective7280 Jun 23 '26

Who is ā€˜our’?

215

u/callingoutthetrash Jun 21 '26

Ebay offer got under someone's skin.

It's crazy how the fud went 3-5x harder after the offer was announced. Bunch of bad faith arguments and ad hom. Entertaining to read, I hope people chose to think critically about having higher and growing EPS instead of internet trolls. Guess we will see how real the 'against' narrative is when we see vote results in early July. Much excite.

55

u/NoHalfPleasures Jun 21 '26

SOMEONE went from thinking they were getting us to buy what they thought was an easy short target, to trying to get us out of the trade. Of course we knew they were wrong the entire time but now they know they’re fucked. again.

17

u/wexlaxx Jun 22 '26

The constant mental gymnastics and shuffling of the goal posts by idiots made me realize I made a mistake investing in GME.

ā€œNow they know they’re fucked againā€. Do elaborate how shorts are fucked, I enjoy reading your sexy stock market fan fiction.

-1

u/NoHalfPleasures Jun 22 '26

Imagine you were pumping GME to apes. Selling stock high and failing to deliver (continuing the cellar box) only for management to succeed. They begin making their intentions to acquire a successful business known. You flip your narrative to bearish so that you could cover/close/exit. That is, if its even possible for you to do so.

This isn't far fetched. Not even remotely.

18

u/3DigitIQ Jun 21 '26

ā˜ļøšŸ’Æ

65

u/eeg3 Jun 21 '26

It's wild that some folks are now all behind GameStop as a great investment instead of the original thesis of MOASS.

Of all the companies in the world, you folks think GameStop is the best long term hold for returns based purely on company performance?

32

u/PenisSlipper Jun 21 '26

You dont need to pick ā€œthe bestā€ you just need to pick a company with deep fucking value. And under the boards leadership id say gamestop has some deep fucking value

8

u/Radiant_Currency_518 Jun 22 '26

Deep fucking value based on what exactly?

6

u/Phinnical Jun 22 '26

Correct. No one can predict what the "best" investment is.

2

u/VenserMTG Jun 22 '26

-60% over the past 5 years is a very deep hole

9

u/Soulstoner Jun 21 '26

Exactly. Clearly there’s no room for discussion or dissent on the supposed best company on the planet that can do no wrong.

0

u/[deleted] Jul 30 '25

5

u/doppido Jun 21 '26

Well it certainly has improved its financials exponentially over the course of the last 3-4 years. Also video games arent going away anytime soon so GameStop just has to figure out how to segue into the next generation of gaming.

That's all on top of the whole short squeeze bull thesis. RK as well, who I personally believe would've given clear indication of his disbelief in the companies future if he felt bearish.

There are worse places to park your money, I'll tell ya that for free.

18

u/KingWalnut888 Jun 22 '26

It had been the worst place to park your money

22

u/Ellaphant42 Jun 22 '26

I would consider no return in 3-4 years a pretty terrible investment tbh

-1

u/Trippp2001 Jun 21 '26

I don’t know many companies that have gone from almost bankruptcy to all time high profits consistently without changing their fundamental business.

It doesn’t matter what a business does to bring in money, as long as they are turning a profit doing what they’re doing, I don’t really give a fuck.

So yeah, sounds like the perfect long term hold of a company to me.

11

u/eeg3 Jun 21 '26

Your investments should be to maximize profit based on your risk tolerance, unless you are doing it to support a cause.

1

u/IntwadHelck Jun 22 '26

Looks like u never read the Portuguese post…

1

u/callingoutthetrash Jun 21 '26

I don't know the future. I don't know anyone who does.

Except Bruno... and we don't talk about Bruno.

-2

u/Abject_Title5007 Jun 22 '26

I'm absolutely here because I think this will be a great long-term hold. I love our board, how they've turned the company around, and that this will turn into more than just a retail business. If Ryan can do to ebay what he did for gamestop, we will see some amazing returns. This story doesnt stop at some quick squeeze and while I hope moass is still on the table, I think the real story has just started.

-2

u/liquid_at Jun 22 '26

since late 2021 when the september options were turned into leaps...

What did you think would happen when 90% of the ammo for the squeeze was distributed over 6 years? "instant moass"?

you pretend that you not having had the data that was publicly available was the fault of others... but it wasn't...

5

u/Nago31 Jun 22 '26

The math is simple and a poor short term investment, especially when we could be up 50% if we weren’t holding these bags.

3

u/StudioAtDawn12 Jun 22 '26

Is saying ā€œhey 35B is way too much of a pay package for just 100B market capā€ really bad faith? I mean I listen and have read a ton of pro GME guys over the years and this just seems way to crazy. Like he wants to take home 35% of the value of what he brings to the company? It would be one of the largest comp packages in history. I don’t believe that’s bad faith.

4

u/DeepWaterCannabis Jun 22 '26 edited Jun 22 '26

Funny how you're labeling speaking up against the Ebay offers as FUD. I found another thing quite funny - the number of bots running around various stock subs with the phrases 'half cash half stock' and 'its on the website'. Really, really curious...

0

u/callingoutthetrash Jun 22 '26

I didn't claim 'against' was fud. Interesting spin. I do not Agree with 'against' votes, but I understand math and an accretive acquisition. So give me a real argument to vote no and I will consider it.

I think everyone should invest how they want and are comfortable with their money. <3

2

u/DeepWaterCannabis Jun 22 '26

Fair point! I read your post wrong then.

2

u/DeepWaterCannabis Jun 22 '26

As for voting no - I'm not here to convince anyone.

My concern with picking up ebay is this: We are currently doing pretty well because we are sitting on a big pile of cash generating us interest. We burn that to buy ebay, while furthuring our debt by selling more shares to fund it, and giving shares as part of the deal, and gamestop itself is once again not so great. What great pivot is ebay going to allow us to do, that'll make this combination more than the sum of its parts?

10

u/Ban_DeezNts Jun 21 '26

Many who have walked the journey were tired of the knob polishing and failing alignment with shareholders resulting in no price increase. The final nail was asking for another dilution to provide liquidity for the shorts, an end to the possibility of MOASS and the resulting loss of stock value. No sane person votes to lessen their own stock price.

8

u/Collinsjc22 Jun 21 '26

Top 1% commenter on a one month old account is wild lmao

13

u/VelvetPancakes Jun 21 '26

Doesn’t make him wrong. I’ve been around on the various subs since before the sneeze, and I don’t agree with bailouts for the naked short prime brokers who have been stealing from us for over half a decade. Is there a problem with that?

1

u/Ok-Effective7280 Jun 22 '26

Coming into a thread you don’t like as they are, is different from people holding hating the dilution that has solidified GameStop as a company & put it into a very strong position to get even better moving forward. If you got into gme thinking Kenny griffin was just going to hand over billions to everyone then thats not smart. Sure, I told people about the positions that need closing & if they did due to a price surge then happy days, but when we saw what the market makers did to any run by halts then you knew it wasnt going to pop like it ā€˜could’ have. Throw into that the hedgies & brokers using dark pools the sec admitted to & the amount of trades running through them openly without sanctions, then thats the time you want RC to go fuck it, let’s reinforce the company & turn it around & go forward. Now, the question is with all the dilution that apparently has stopped moass, why are dark pools continuing to suppress & manipulate gme? If they aren’t afraid of their short positions, & the quantities they have, why is the price continuing to be suppressed & manipulated? When you can answer that question, I’d love to hear it.

-4

u/Collinsjc22 Jun 22 '26

I’m just pointing out that it’s sus to be top 1% commenter on a month old account

-5

u/Proper_Side Jun 22 '26

Doesn't mean he's worth listening to, flooding the sub with worthless comments bashing the stock. He's almost zero benefit to anyone.

6

u/Ok-Effective7280 Jun 21 '26

There’s a few of these running around. Posters putting negative crap through the threads but are top 1% commenters? Sum ting wong…….

But always trying to do what’s best for people apparently.šŸ˜³šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

-7

u/Ban_DeezNts Jun 21 '26

It’s a burner, Mighty Mouth. What a buffoon.

3

u/doppido Jun 21 '26

Why do you need a burner

1

u/Ok-Effective7280 Jun 22 '26

A burner? What’s that?

-1

u/callingoutthetrash Jun 21 '26

Seen this one. You can polish my knob. Uwu. (Jk)

Yes, market mechanics and structure are very complex topics. Let's start there; and company fundamentals. If you are genuine.

I will assume you are a 'WeLl PrIcE iSnT uP' bad faith troll until proven otherwise. :)

Your not my buddy, friend.

:D

-4

u/hdjemnnsntjrjfnsnfjd Jun 21 '26

Higher and growing eps? Have you done the math because valuations matter and getting diluted at these prices make no sense unless you think GME is overvalued

-5

u/callingoutthetrash Jun 21 '26

I guess we'll see. Rofl. Maybe GameStop should start selling pet rocks, right?

Too ez.

This. Don't forget to VOTE YES true GME apes, see you to the moon šŸ”„šŸš€

5

u/iwasneverhere43 Jun 21 '26

Don't forget to VOTE YES true GME apes

Thank you for demonstrating why many of us aren't interacting in these subs much anymore. You view anyone who's in this only for moass as no longer being true apes, and accuse them of being shills and being told we should sell...

We're literally at a crossroads where this share increase vote is either going to preserve the best conditions for moass to actually occur (no vote), or likely kill, or at least minimize the peak of any squeeze (yes vote). Suddenly, true apes are only the ones voting yes in your eyes, and those that are only here for a squeeze and vote no accordingly are not.
Any wonder why many don't interact here nearly as much as in the past?

-9

1

u/JawnStaymoose Jun 21 '26 edited Jun 21 '26

There’s that of course, but also missing is the complete disregard for the lives of 40k or whatever normal people that work at ebay. That’s when it goes beyond regardery to shitty human stuff. Just so you can lose a bit less money, or desperately cling to this get rich pipe dream . Dimwitted and toxic. Maybe go work for something to better your own lives.

People realizing Ryan Cohen sabotaged Moass

-3

u/iwasneverhere43 Jun 21 '26

Well, it seems that he's either trying to, or doesn't care if he kills it as long as the company benefits.

16

u/VelvetPancakes Jun 21 '26

MOASS would be more beneficial for the company long term than anything else. Legions of loyal rich shareholders happy to buy any dip and support the company? Or a bunch of people pissed at you for throwing them under the bus to please naked short sellers that stole from them?

7

u/Ban_DeezNts Jun 22 '26

Right the fuck on! That’s the exact proof that RC doesn’t act in the best interests of shareholders. Thanks for your service.

4

u/Cobra_Pie Jun 22 '26

Explain what happened with Roaring Kitty in 2024 then.

The first sneeze in 2021 was undercut and halted becauae bad actors froze the buy button.

Roaring Kitty’s attempt to Gamma Ramp and cause a squeeze was undercut and halted because a bad actor decided to dilute.

21.51$ doesn’t lie………..

3

u/Sleepiboisleep Jun 21 '26

About time. If other opinions were allowed before now we might have actually been able to work together as a group and crash the economy with our gains. But bad actors paid mods off and convinced people to only purchase a certain way. Then all these brainless monkeys shamed anyone who didn’t only use that one purchasing method. Now there’s like 50k people on here just eating crayons.

8

u/Numerous-Emotion3287 Jun 22 '26

The funniest thing to me is the amount of times people with a bear case get called shills. These subs have completely lost the meaning of the word.

ā€œa person who secretly promotes a product, service, or cause while pretending to be an impartial, enthusiastic customerā€

Ironically they have been trusting and following shills for years now

15

u/whitnet1 Jun 22 '26

Dilution, and idiots voting for it with glee. Most got out on the last run with DFV, I was stuck in CCs but still made money, just not nearly as much as I should have. He said judge him by his actions, and many have and are… throw in his pro MAGA bullshit and what do you expect?

14

u/Rangerstilidie44 Jun 21 '26

The stock has not yield a return for its investors in the easiest market ever and people are rightly over blindly following rc and want to see him act on the increasing share value but that he has larped on about over the years

Until rc actually improves shareholder value why shouldn't he be criticised, 5.5 years is a long time to hold an assets and still be negative on it he has to prove that his comp is worth it cause as it stands right now it seem like he's just fleecing current investors to achieve his comp without providing shareholders a meaningful return on their investment

12

u/EasternPrint8 Jun 22 '26

we lost, the financial parasites won, Ryan Cohens a grifter of sorts with the 1%ers

Idk but if you want to spot the bots, I've been seeing comments all over reddit recently, where people keep saying "I've been waiting for 5 years"

The "5 years" part has been the most telling sign. It's a bit obnoxious. No one ever talked about the time like that?

It's been 84 years for me

6

u/did_it_for_the_clout Jun 22 '26

Since my comment, the top comment has become "5 years"

3

u/RecipeNo2954 Jun 22 '26

That’s because it went from 2 years to 3 years to 4 years now to 5 years. Give it some time you’ll see 6 years.
