Best fried chicken in Chicago?
My mom grew up in the south side of Chicago and her mom would take to a place called hienie's fried shrimp. They have pretty good chicken and a there signature spicy sauce. It's like buffalo sauce and it is as thick as ketchup. That stuff tastes great on everything: chicken, French fries and chips. Not joking everyone in my mom's family keeps a gallon of it and they don't live in Illinois anymore. Where is you favorite fried chicken place? (Happy stories welcomed)
