I’ve always handled hiring myself, but it eats up a lot of time, and I keep going back and forth on whether paying someone to do it makes sense at a small scale.

I've been learning AI automation, and instead of just watching tutorials, I decided to build real systems that a business could actually use. Here's what I've made so far:

1. A WhatsApp assistant for a dental clinic. Patients can ask about prices, timings or doctors anytime, even at 2 AM, and get the right answer in seconds. It understands voice notes too, and when someone wants to book an appointment or talk to a real person, it instantly alerts the clinic staff.

2. An ordering assistant for a cafe. Customers can ask about the menu, get suggestions, and place an order or book a table, in English or Urdu. Once they confirm, the order gets saved automatically.

3. A system that finds new clients. You tell it a business type and city, and it collects businesses from Google Maps, checks their websites, and writes a personal email for each one, ready to send.

What I enjoyed most is seeing how much time these save. No missed messages, no copy-pasting, no repeating the same answers all day.
