Mod News RepBot will work on award, just the comment won't appear

Dev here. DirectorLanky pointed out tk me and i verified it, snipes should be awarded and your flair should be updated, the bot just won't comment saying that it did.
On a side note, i made a patch to fix the flair formatting to show the snipe symbol instead of the point name. Just waiting on the admins to approve my bot

Mod News How RepBot updates work

Hey! [u/therepbot](u/therepbot) dev here.
Want to let yall know that all updates I make to the bot will take time before I can upload it to the sub as the admins have to approve all updates since I added the custom leaderboard post to the bot.
Sending a modmail is helpful so I know what is going on, but I can't do anything to fix the issue noticably until I have fixed it in the code and Reddit approves the bot version so that I can push it to the sub.
ETA: as of earlier 10/23/26, snipes wont register with repbot RepBot should work now
