Consumption is the historical name for tuberculosis (TB), a bacterial infection, known for causing severe weight loss and wasting away (consumption) of the body, especially the lungs, leading to cough, fever, and fatigue. Once a leading killer, it was romanticized as a beautiful, spiritual illness but is now largely controlled in some areas and treatable with antibiotics, though still a global health threat.

Would you like to know relationship between consumption and bamboo?

Looks similar to the Kiwi brand cleaver I have. Mine is smaller though, I think 8". They are reasonably priced and are easy to sharpen as they are not made out of super hard steel.

it looks like a nakiri and a cleaver had a baby.

i see some similar cleavers, for example, https://rhinelandcutlery.com/rl-content/uploads/2020/06/classic-chinese-cleaver.jpg

but when you click the website, they don't list any specific name.

the flat front of my cleaver gets stuck like a b*astard if the pumpkin/squash is too bid, and it looks like the rounded front is as sharp as the main edge, so it would totally eliminate the problem.

it looks like a giant asparagus, also makes some 8bit game level noises super sick.

Somehow it's the game "bloop" noise that the crocodile makes at the end of that video where the guy runs around bonking a bunch of crocs with a shovel.
