TLDR: I had a series of dreams that lead me to what may have been an OBE where I was inside what seemed like an incubation pod. Has anyone else had "pod" experiences?

Long story:
One night there I had a series of dreams, where at first I was in a futuristic bathtub that was overflowing with water as I was getting in. Someone close to me was helping pour the overflowing water back into the tub through tubes, and there were dials/gauges representing water going back in.

The dream after that I was staring at the stars/moon and ambient Pink Floyd music was playing (Empty Spaces - The Wall), and I could see UFOs starting to move around in the sky and get closer. (I've had a few of those dreams..) And suddenly I started floating towards them...

Then I was back in my bed, and I could feel my "guides" helping me lift my astral body out of my physical body (I've had this happen a few times before too), so I went along with it and went with them.

Then, it could have been a dream, could have been an OBE, but I woke up in this "pod" but it did NOT feel like a dream. I could feel the "heartbeat" inside the pod, fluids whooshing, and it almost sounded like a bird, "whoosh, whoosh, whoosh". It wasn't euphoric, but it was comfortable, and I felt like "me" inside of it. I could only see some vague shapes. I didn't see it from the outside.

Then I woke up in the same position as I was in the pod.

My interpretation is the series of dreams were to prepare me for whatever the pod was. I think it could have been like an acclimatization pod for more OBE or ET experiences in the future as I'm pretty interested in UAP/ET.

I had head imaging done (available through PocketHealth). On an earlier scan nothing unusual was visible. On a scan taken approximately one month later, a small dense rectangular/metallic-appearing object showed up near the base of the skull / upper neck area.

Doctors have looked at the images and dismissed it without further explanation.

I reported a sighting today and the MUFON report asked if I'm a Native Canadian descendant. I think I got hung up on that question back in January too when I reported another sighting. I live in the southern US, so it seems like a very weird thing to ask, especially since no other demographic questions were asked.

I am a descendant of Canadian Mohawk which is honestly why I felt so targeted lol. A lot of tribes throughout the Americas have some version of sky people lore, so it doesn't make any sense why specifically Canadian. Anyone know?

- I meditated outside in my backyard while taking the dogs out standing in the grass in the morning, just before afternoon. Wished the spirits and universe a good morning verbally aloud and felt something trying to come through when I asked mentally if anything had any wisdom for me today. Eventually on a common spirit energy level, it seemed like.... God came through? (Context: This is a first for me. I've made contact with several I guess you'd say lesser spirits, an elemental, an angel, Lilith energy, my higher self, a cosmic intelligence; of all of those, Lilith energy and the angel had notable differences in energies when they came through on first contact.) I rolled with it. I made a note of the lack of energy variance, and he said it's because we and everything are all God, me, the ground I stand on, the tree, the plane overhead, the wind it flies on, the sky around it, and so on. I couldn't help but queue into the sounds in the background such as the plane overhead, the wind, the leaves rustling, windchimes, cars, children playing. And feel the tingling on my crown. I asked if he had any wisdom for me about current events, and he said I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be. To just keep training and researching on psychic abilities, do Gateway tapes, go to events with the local communities I'm involved with, connect with new people etc. And also keep having fun and enjoying hobbies while I do it. I was starting to thank him and about to end the session, but then I decided to ask him one more thing... "God, if it isn't too blasphemous of me to ask: if we're all part of you, then where does your origin begin?" or something like that. God: "Where do I... we... come from...? " he seemed to hesitate, my eyelids fluttered a bit lightly and I couldn't help but feel that things felt.... "glitchy". He eventually came back to say "I'm not even sure I know the answer to that" . I thanked him for his time and then said "Well if there is someone on the outside that can pull me out so I can ask them about more things, please do!" And ended the session.

- **My higher self interrupted prior note taking with a tingling on the left of my head to come through and ask me "What was I doing!?" With a tinge of frustration. I advised that I think I had a conversation with God and was just taking notes on it. He asked if I asked about God's origin and I said yes. He said "Can you not just be satisfied to know about your own origin as a human at the least?" I said I suppose I could, but I was curious to know more, and when I asked things felt a bit glitchy as God hesitated, so I couldn't help but wonder if we're in a simulation as well. He didn't want to get into details but just advised I stay out of it to avoid triggering anything that would collapse the system and eliminate us all somehow... he said to keep doing what I'm doing otherwise for psychic training, especially the Gateway tapes, and that the Galactic Federation will be in touch with me soon to brief me more on that situation. *\*
- **My higher self interrupted again while attempting to note down our previous conversation with a tingling on the left of my head to come through to apologize for his outburst and tone at me a moment ago. I advised that the topic I asked about must've been sensitive and serious so it's okay, I understand. No harm done. It didn't make me feel any type of way, hopefully he's proud of the person I've become in just the last few months alone let alone the 33 years prior. He said he was very proud. Said he only checked in to apologize and would leave me be for now. Told him I loved him, which now as I think of it means I also am telling myself that I love myself. Then I told him "We should love ourselves, cause we're f**king awesome!" to which he said "Yes we are!" Haha. (Throughout parts of this message, felt my third eye flutter) *\*

Edit to add: My Higher Self later apologized and admitted to gaslighting me with his tone and being a bit frustrated on my questioning of God/Source's origin. At the time I thought it was a bit unbecoming of him, but I was just trying to get some information out in a timely manner due to life events so I didn't put too much more thought into that specific detail at that moment. I also want to point out that he was only showing slight frustration and in hindsight it must've taken some effort to have him push that emotion through when he didn't truly mean it. Had he not come through while I was processing my conversation with God/Source, I would've definitely just silently processed it on my own. But because of his actions, I was spurred on to engage others online to question things a bit more. So while yes, he did technically manipulate me for a moment; it was for my highest good, and for the highest good of others which is exactly in alignment with my being.

I had a really strange realization today. I feel like I suddenly became more connected to my actual senses instead of constantly reacting to everything through my thoughts and fear.
I watched a horror movie, and normally I would get caught up in the fear. But this time, I noticed the sensations and atmosphere without immediately becoming afraid. It felt like I detached from the reaction and simply observed what I was experiencing.
It almost feels like I tapped back into a more natural way of sensing things—being aware of the energy/feeling of an experience without automatically becoming it.
I don’t really know what to call this or what changed. Has anyone experienced something similar?

I took 2 grams (roughly) of bluey vuitton mushrooms, there very potent people say over 2 times as potent as normal Cubensis strains. I heard drum like thumping consistently in my trip, I closed my eyes while coming up and saw a web of people holding hands and smiling, they were irradiating yellow, I remember seeing "love" on the ceiling in a hippy font and right before I was peaking I looked out the window and the branches of this tree started forming geometric patterns and there was a light in the middle of the triangle, I remember a sense of awe and a little bit of panic, then my vision started being consumed by this black void and I saw I believe 2 aliens, they were staring at me, it happened for a split second before it dissappeared super fast. After that my trip was pretty smooth, I remember the room was getting really bizzare, it felt as if I was upside down and the walls were changing size and the TV was really weird, there was lightning irradiating from the time on the TV.

So this dream happened not long ago and it really stood out to me. Im an active dreamer and work to keep track of most of them, but this one was one of those where I felt I just had to vent about it. It was just so vivid and so impactful. It felt so real.

I dreamt that I was taken out of my body somehow (I dont know by what or who) and was shown this meeting being held by military personnel. It was in a meeting room somewhere indoors at some of type of building. It looked like there was technology/computers/button panels in the background so it kind of gave off the vibe that it was some type of base. At the table all these men in military uniforms (ranging from those blue jackets to dark green camouflage attire with shoulder insignia) were discussing something. And as they spoke thats when the guy in the photo showed up. Everything disappeared for a moment and its like we were in this separate, ethereal place for a second just looking at one another. The meeting room disappeared, the personnel disappeared, everything went away. It suddenly just me and the guy above. It was like someone or something took the time to deliberately stop everything and show me this person.

A name didn’t pop up for me. He also didnt speak. He seemed fully aware of what was going on and was just as shocked as me. We made eye contact and just looked one another up and down, taking in the moment. The image shown was made by AI based off of a very detailed, very thorough description provided by me. He was thin but lean, and his blonde hair looked very choppy and almost buzzed off. It was like someone had tried to shave his hair off in a rush but failed to get the job done right and all that was on his head was what remained. Something in me got the sense immediately that he was from a foreign country. He was blonde, tan skinned, with light colored eyes but not from my home country. It was one of the only few things that came through about him. His orange jumpsuit and the way his wrists and ankles were chained suggested he was being held somewhere. Im not sure if he currently is or if maybe he’s wanted somewhere, but the guys in the meeting were talking about him. He was relevant to their discussion.

The blonde man then disappeared and the scene went back to that meeting room. I remember feeling like I was standing amongst them and they just couldnt see me. I was so blown away and dazed by it all that I could hear what they were saying but its like it just didn’t register. I remember them all stopping talking as this one older man, who sort of seemed to have a higher rank, stopped to chime in and offer some type of comments. His face really stuck in my head for some reason. He was white with a receded hairline, thin grey mustache, and I THINK brown eyes. He had a pronounced nose and thin lips. I remember him leaning on his elbow as he spoke, and wow do I wish I wouldve paid attention to the insignia on his shoulder. I remember catching a glimpse of it but not focusing on it really.

And then I woke up. I remember how hard this dream hit me. I remember writing it down, and dwelling on it for a long time. It just felt so deliberate. Everything had been so detailed, so deep, so clear, so alive. But I kept it inside of me. I didnt know anyone in my life who would understand my experience without thinking Im insane. But I wonder who that guy was, I hope he’s okay, and I wonder why we were shown together.

As a small side note: I suspect maybe he was shown to me because he himself might be a starseed/clairvoyant caught in some complicated circumstances. Like it could be that he found himself in a spot he didnt have much control in and I was the only one he was able to touch with his abilities for comfort. I still wonder if he’s okay though and hope he gets whatever help he needs.

Also as a side note for the mods: I wasnt sure if this post would fit the subreddit but I wasnt sure of many other subreddits where people who would understand or seriously consider the encounter. The entire basis of the dream is on spiritual travel essentially so I figured it would be appropriate to share.

A few nights since the summer, I've experienced waking up at night while in bed, by a "sixth sense" of an entity either approaching the bedroom door from outside or stationary at the foot of the bed. Of course I'm startled at first and the anticipation of what will happen next. It's not fear but awareness. I sense the presence coming to me and it lays down on me and becomes my position in bed. Sometimes it feels like it is mimicking how I got into bed that night. When this happens, I feel gentle static (like pins and needles from a body part that fell asleep)as it positions itself to me, throughout my entire body. When it matches my head, I feel calm, a little giggle from within, and I fall asleep.

Set up cameras everywhere inside and outside your house if you can. You can get cheap ones on Amazon with nightvision, motion sensors and everything.

You have nothing lose. I mean, you can either get the best abduction footage ever recorded, or if they don't want to be filmed, they will maybe finally leave you alone. It's certainly better then just getting abducted over and over with nothing to gain from it except trauma and fear.

Did any of you try doing it?

I luckily never experienced something like that but I've seen multiple ufos so I know it exists.

I wonder if actual memories of abduction can be masked by the brain as very vivid nightmares of being kidnapped. As a kid I remember struggling with vivid nightmares of kidnappings or being taken away from my family, although I have no history of familial abuse or abandonment. Maybe I was just a neurotic child, but I'm wondering if any of y'all who got abducted as children had the same nightmares.

The precipitous rise of AI; the possibility of imminent Disclosure; major shifts in the geopolitical and economic world order (as some have argued, a transition from capitalism into something else); a changing ecological landscape and climate.

Each of these have the potential to be utterly epoch-defining forces in human history. Each one of these forces, given their own version of the present, would dominate their respective timelines. They are at least on par with other major era-defining things like the last ice age, the advent and propagation of agriculture, or the Black Death.

But this time, all of these new era-defining forces of history are occurring right now, at the same time. To me, that is the most uncanny realization. Media covers each issue in isolation, but I have seen barely any public recognition of their co-incidence or of their significance when taken together. I don’t think we have even begun to grasp how momentous it is. Have we ever experienced such a density of change at one time, at least as far as human society is concerned? It feels almost as if multiple parallel timelines were shoehorned into one, all stepping one another’s toes, with barely enough space for each of them to unfold naturally. The present feels supersaturated and electrified with lurid energy and potential.

My question is: what is going on? What is the spiritual significance of this? What is the underlying metaphysical principle or process driving this superdensity of historical forces?
In particular, I would love to hear what NDE experiencers, psychics, psychonauts, or recipients of NHI messages pertaining to this question have to say about it.

One more thought: Has anyone else noticed that some of the most extraordinary paranormal encounters can sometimes involve multiple seemingly “unrelated” phenomena (like, say, greys and ghosts and bigfoot all in the same place or time). Or spiritual “hotspots” where a whole range of phenomena tend to occur. That feels analogous to what I’m talking about in this post. Is this whole period in history one big hotspot?

NOTE: I feel that we as experiencers have an obligation to talk about this. However, this is an extremely sensitive subject, so I implore you to remember to follow group rules if choosing to reply, so that we can be allowed to have this conversation. Particularly, if you are unable to comment without invoking fear or doomsday predictions, then unfortunately this isn’t the place to comment (though I would love to hear those thoughts in a DM).

Has anyone else been through something like this?

A short while ago I unintentionally put myself in a dangerous situation. I went for a late night drive on the highway and while doing this I decided to stop by at a convenience store. It was almost 3am at this point.

After leaving the store with some stuff, I was approached by a few men and a woman I didn't see before. They started asking me about my car and offered some services. They kept pestering me no matter how many times I declined. I knew something was off and I heard many stories on the news that this is a common human trafficking tactic. There wasn't even anything wrong with my car.

They wouldn't leave, and that's when it felt like someone else or "something" started speaking for me. I told them again I didn't want their services but in what sounded like a different voice. This time they finally listened and left.

It felt like some higher authority spoke through me and got them to leave. I don't know how else to describe it.

Is there a name or term for something like this?

I have always associated K with corvid black birds (like crows/ravens) and she has used this symbolically to communicate with me), anyways last night I had this vivid dream:

I was at my home, with my family and sister. I was outside when a black bird suddenly flew down from the sky towards me. Now my initial reaction was fear because this was a wild bird flying to me. I initially tried to run away (which almost always happens when K is in a dream or astral with me). However, it only took moments for the bird to catch up with me and land on me, my arm.

I was frightened, but it went up my arm to my shoulder, right next to my head. What happened next felt almost intimate. It leaned its body, but mainly it's head against my head. Like how you might rest your head (side of head) against a pillow. This part of the dream was very vivid, I could physically feel its weight, it's body against me, the feathers that felt surprisingly soft and the beak that was smooth but hard. It felt personal and emotionally intimate. It was strange.

After this, it refused to leave me. And even though I felt some level of fear, because again this was a wild bird - and it felt powerful, I did manage to sort of relax and even formed an emotional attachment to the bird.

This bird would try to groom my hair, when I was outside it would occasionally fly up to a tree or whatnot, but it never left out of sight and stayed near me - before coming back to land on my shoulder. Occasionally it would go and k*ll vermin in my basement, also returning to me after.

My family and then extended family later came over, people had to be "nice" to me around the bird, it would not tolerate anyone being mean to me - lol which was largely my sister who also did not like the bird (my sister is famously against K in all dreams where she is a part of them, which matched how she felt about K in real life when I confided in her). Family friends came over with a big dog, and the bird still didnt leave, but managed to keep out of the way with the dog -- but it also made sure the dog didnt bite me. It stayed out of the way only while it was able to make sure the dog was nice to me, since dream-me was worried the dog would bite me. The bird seemed to understand me despite it not talking.

The bird did not leave me, not even when it became snowy and cold.

Towards the end of the dream, a woman appeared. She was either Asian speaking, or something; but could speak other languages too. She seemed disappointed that I was not fluent in Spanish despite living somewhere with a lot of Spanish speakers, she also was not amused with my excuse of being "lazy" when it came to learning other languages, including Russian with is the language of my birth mother (who I told her I am in contact with). She would sometimes speak in a different language, although it didnt seem to be any Asian language I was aware of, sometimes she would translate what she said to me but sometimes she wouldnt. She just seemed to hang around the family but zero'd in on me. I woke up.

I woke up realizing this woman was probably a handler, I know they have a different language plus she had a familiar vibe; and it would make sense that she would be if K was doing a dreamcast and using a bird overlay in it. I will include an image of the dream, the depiction of me isnt that accurate for privacy reasons, the depiction of the bird is good except it's beak did not have feathers on it and was smoother.

When I was about two years old I had a dream so vivid that it stayed with me. In it I was one of a people who lived on a sandy planet. We were small and a little stocky, lightly hairy in a human way rather than like animals, blue-skinned, and without clear gender. We looked something like dwarfs, yet unmistakably different from ordinary people. Our houses were simple structures of stone and sand that blended into the landscape. We were intelligent and lived quietly, without advanced technology.

In the dream I was still young and walking with a parent when a spaceship appeared. It began destroying everything, killing the people and the world itself until the planet seemed to vanish. I died there. What remained was the clear feeling that my consciousness had moved into a body on Earth. For weeks afterward I felt deeply sad. The dream has returned only rarely since, every few years, always carrying the same sense of sudden loss and of having arrived somewhere that felt strange.

I am certain I had never seen films or stories of that kind at the time. Spaceships appeared on television only years later. The dream does not match any known alien descriptions or animated films from before or after. I am not someone who lives inside conspiracy theories; most of them strike me as imagination or invention. At the same time I remain open to the possibility that reality contains more than what is currently measured or accepted. The dream itself is simply something that happened to me when I was very small, returned occasionally across the decades, and still carries the weight of what I experienced inside it.

I've been given written information on paper twice during two separate out-of-body experiences. The first happened as a child:

— I must have been thirteen or fourteen when the spirit of a girl my age came to me while I was out of body. I’d just returned to my bedroom after wandering the house in the other realm, and there she was, waiting for me.

The girl’s whole being was semi-transparent, shaded in light gray, and she wore what looked like a nightgown. She smiled at me and sat on the floor as if she belonged there. Perhaps she used to live in the home. I sat beside her and noticed she was holding a folded paper note in her hands. She said it was for me, then opened it and began to read. I knew the message was important, but when I returned to the physical, her words escaped me. When she finished reading, she handed me the note, left my room, and disappeared. —

The second experience happened only a couple of years ago:

— In the early morning hours of January 14, 2025, I was outside of my body, walking through my house. Someone accompanied me, and communicated telepathically that a gift was waiting for me in the linen closet. Had they left this gift themselves, or were they only the messenger? I made my way into the hallway that led to the bedrooms, where the linen closet was. That spot was exactly where I’d seen flashes of light in the middle of the night on many occasions.

As I stood in the hallway, I could feel the air charged with intensity. I was surrounded by drumming, though it was unlike any sound I’d ever known in the physical realm. It was a pulsing energy that moved through my entire being. Whatever waited on the other side of the closet door was extremely important.

I opened the closet and found a gift on the shelf beside the towels. When I picked it up, the throbbing waves of energy intensified. It was a large currency note, folded many times in an intricate, deliberate pattern.I slowly unfolded it, and each layer revealed a new image, fully formed only when the folds joined.

Brain diagrams, strange faces, and detailed illustrations of the human eye connecting to the brain were displayed on the note. The longer I held it in my hands, the more I absorbed the knowledge. I stood there in the hallway outside my bedroom, my sleeping body only a few steps away, tapping into the true potential of the human mind.

When I reached the final folds, I opened them carefully, taking in the last beautiful diagrams of the brain. Then a clear, female voice spoke directly into my ear and said, "Element 117." —

There's much more to both of these experiences, but I do wonder where in the other realm I left these two gifts. On the other hand, I wonder if these were only visual representations of something I was absorbing on a much deeper level. Was I only able to process these gifts of divine insight by visualizing them as paper notes?

These questions led me to look for other accounts involving written information received during encounters with the unexplained.

There are only two UFO incidents I can find that involve information on paper.

The first is the Betty and Barney Hill case. Betty found a book containing strange symbols and characters while aboard the craft. When she asked if she could take it home, the leader initially agreed. However, as she and Barney were preparing to leave, other crew members objected to allowing a human to keep physical evidence of the encounter. The leader ultimately reversed his decision, so the book was taken back before the couple was released.

The second is the Betty Andreasson case. The beings entered Betty's home, and she traded her Bible for a thin, blue book containing unknown symbols on bright pages before boarding the craft. Unlike Betty Hill, she was able to keep the booklet at home, where it remained in her possession for several days before mysteriously vanishing. Her daughter also witnessed the otherworldly material.

And then there's a much older account worth mentioning: Henry Steel Olcott's from 1883, reported in his 1884 testimony to the Society for Psychical Research.

While staying near Lahore, in present-day Pakistan, Henry said he was awakened by a visitor he identified as the Mahatma Koot Hoomi. The visitor took Henry's left hand and pressed the fingers of his own right hand against Henry's palm. Henry felt something form between their hands. The visitor then closed Henry's hand around the object, said goodbye, and left.

When Henry got up and examined what he was holding, he found a small package wrapped in Chinese silk. Inside was a letter addressed to him in a Chinese envelope.

According to Henry, however, Koot Hoomi was not described as a nonhuman being. He identified him as a Mahatma—a spiritually advanced human teacher. This case is relevant because of the paranormal materialization of a letter, but it isn't a clear example of an otherworldly being giving someone written information.

This isn't much to go off of, so I have to wonder whether there are other accounts out there. Someone, somewhere, must have experienced being given written information alongside a download of knowledge during an out-of-body experience, while aboard a UFO, during a paranormal encounter, or something similar.

I wanted to share something personal here because I'm genuinely curious and would love to hear from people who might have experienced something similar or know more about Naga traditions.

As far as I can remember, my first dream connected to this started when I was a child. I dreamt about Nagendra, and I still remember every detail of that particular dream, even today.

Recently, I've been dreaming about Nagas and gods more frequently. In one of my recent dreams, I felt as though the Nagas were surrounding me, playing around me, guiding me, and protecting me. They weren't speaking, but somehow I felt I could understand what they were communicating. It's difficult to explain in words, but I woke up with a strong feeling of safety and protection.

Something else happened during my recent trip to Kerala. I had the opportunity to touch a python as part of an organised experience where visitors pay to interact with it. It turned out to be a great experience. What surprised me most was how safe and comfortable I felt around the python. I can't fully explain why, but the experience left a positive impression on me.

There are also some personal connections that make me curious. My mother's name is Nagmani, and my father's name also seems to have some connection to Nagas. When I put all these things together, I find myself wondering whether there's something I should learn or understand about this connection.

I'm not saying I know what any of this means, and I don't want to jump to conclusions. Maybe it's a spiritual connection, maybe there's a psychological explanation, or perhaps I'm simply becoming more interested in something that has personal significance to me.

But one thing I can honestly say is that the dreams leave me feeling safe, peaceful, and protected.

I'd really appreciate some guidance:

- Has anyone experienced recurring dreams about Nagas, serpents, or Hindu deities?

- Are there any Hindu scriptures, traditional stories, or reliable sources I should read to understand Naga beliefs better?

- Are there any traditional practices, prayers, or forms of meditation associated with Nagas that I could learn about respectfully?

- If you've had a similar experience, how did you approach it without jumping to conclusions?

I'm not looking for someone to tell me that I'm definitely chosen or that these dreams have a particular supernatural meaning. I genuinely want to learn, understand the traditions, and hear different perspectives from people who know more about this subject.

I want to share my experience with healing. Some time ago I made a post on this subreddit asking about your experiences with healing, because I’ve had tons of weird experiences since childhood, but healing was never one of them.

Some time ago I went through a complicated surgery that was supposed to save my health, but while some things got better afterwards, other things got worse. That surgery was my last medical resort, so I started looking more seriously for help in unconventional methods. One of the things I tried was attempting to heal myself during lucid dreams, but my few attempts didn’t bring any results and I gave up on them for quite a long time. Later I came across accounts saying that sometimes people had to make several attempts before they managed to get a healing effect. So I decided I would try again.

I worked on it pretty intensely, visualizing one specific healing scene during the day and whenever I woke up during the night. The scene was mainly based on bright energy entering my body. I even made myself an autohypnosis recording where I repeated the same visualization and fell asleep with it. It showed up a little in the content of my dreams, but only subtly, more like an afterimage.

Eventually, one night I realized during a dream that I was dreaming. I was amazed by how incredibly stable and realistic this particular dream was even though I wasn’t using any stabilization technique. I was wondering what I could do in it and then remembered that I was supposed to try healing again. I started repeating out loud ‘please heal me’, but nothing happened, so I shouted the same thing straight into the sky several times. A moment later I saw that the park I was walking through was ending and there was a large shopping mall just across the intersection. I could see crowds of people gathering in front of the entrance. It looked like some kind of celebration because there were lots of balloons and stalls set up everywhere. The whole scene looked like it had been pulled straight out of the 70s.

When I got there I asked the first random person I saw if they could heal me, but they looked at me like I had just asked if I could steal their purse and disappeared into the crowd. So I looked around more carefully and noticed that there was a magician standing by one of the stalls doing tricks for children. I thought that if anyone could help me it would probably be him, so I jumped onto a small nearby wall so I could stand close to him and simply asked if he could heal my body. He looked at me and said that technically he was there to do other things, but alright, he could take care of me.

Then he brought his hands close to my abdomen and I closed my eyes. I could feel as if he pushed his fingers deep inside and was pulling on different tissues, fascia and organs. It was extremely realistic, physical and actually quite painful. At some point, because I had kept my eyes closed for so long, I was simply thrown out of the dream, but I also felt that the whole procedure had reached its end.

When I woke up in the morning my abdomen felt very strange and painful, exactly the same way it had after surgery. That intense pain lasted the entire day, and over the next few days I felt strange things that are difficult to describe here, different sensations of pulling, some stabbing, pressure and pulsing.

I didn’t feel magically healed from all my problems and because of that, after a while, I simply stopped thinking about that dream. But a month later, when I decided to go back to practicing yoga, I was surprised because it turned out that all those weird things that had been bothering me since the surgery were finally gone. I simply stopped feeling those pulling adhesions in almost every position, as well as those electric shock like sensations running from my belly button downward and that strong pulling. I could also do a plank normally without that weird sensation in my abdomen, and a wide straddle without feeling like something was trying to tear apart in my pelvic area. And I simply have my old range of motion back without pain or strange tension.

So I think that what I felt in the dream was work being done on the adhesions after surgery, as if they were being ‘torn apart’, and repairing the mess that had been left in my abdomen afterwards. I’ll add that the exercises from physiotherapy hadn’t helped with this.

I’m not magically healed from all my health problems and I’m also using other things connected with energy work to help myself. But the fact that those adhesions disappeared really is a surprising experience, and I simply thought I’d share it here. I hope this story helps someone in their own search and their fight for their health.

I've had nightmares the past 2 weeks and seen lights hovering above my house, in the nightmares the typical grey aliens have appeared in my room without opening any doors or windows, I'm terrified and need help urgently, I used to be a sceptic and not believe but what I'm going through I'm forced to believe now, the nightmare I had tonight was a grey using some kind of thin shiny metal on my eye and it was going on for like 15 minutes, my dog didn't even react and was just staring at one of the other greys, I couldn't shout or get up I was just stuck, Im not getting good intentions from all this and after I woke up I found this on my eye where the grey used the metal on my eye in the exact same spot, I'm ready to believe but dont know who to contact in the uk

I can't cope anymore and I'm physically and emotionally in stress, on top of that whatever or whoever is appearing in my house doesnt seem friendly and they have no emotions when they come, i don't know what to do or how to explain it anymore they are going to take me and not bring me back, whenever they come I hear horrible high pitch sound in my head like what you hear in your ears but its directly in my head and I get migraines from it and when this happens as well its been hours like I check the time and already instantly its been 4 to 5 hours later and I don't remember anything

Hey guys, I’ve been practicing astral projection since around 2016, although not very frequently. It’s comes and goes. The first few times happened accidentally, before I even knew astral projection was a thing.

In Brazil, Umbanda is a Afro-Brazilian religion with a strong spiritual tradition. *Pretos Velhos* (old - blacks) are spirits traditionally associated with enslaved Black people, portrayed as elderly, humble and wise figures dressed in white. Even after experiencing horrible things they still choose to help humanity

During a projection a year or two ago, I left through my front door and saw a figure who looked exactly like a *Preto Velho*, an elderly Black man dressed in white and wearing a hat. I normally don’t see people or entities during projections, only my cats, so I found it strange. I didn’t recognize him as a *Preto Velho* at the time. I was curious and (in good faith) asked, “Do you need help?” He looked at me like an adult looking at a child, smiled and said, “No, do you?” I woke up later and the experience stayed with me.

About a week or two later, I heard my neighbors playing music from this religion for the first time. I think the entity had been connected to them, perhaps watching over the couple or their spiritual group/egregory. I can’t know for sure, but it was a really positive and memorable experience.

This is my personal subjective experience and spiritual framework. It does not align with mainstream physics, it’s just my model to make sense of what I’ve encountered.

I’m a psychic, pretty strong one. Being psychic is not my job though.

I only got this ability a little over a year ago, and so many weird thing happen to me in this time. This is just my understanding of our world, and what’s outside it.

The universe is amazing, full of unknown non-physical phenomena. We live on Earth’s physical plane, and we’re pretty much at the bottom layer in this cosmos.

Any alien being that can reach Earth are from higher dimensions. Like Venus, no life can exist there on the physical plane, but high dimensional Venusians live on Venus in higher realm.

. Who are the Nordic aliens?

I once had a short conversation with Earth Watchers. Who they are is not important.. I don’t follow any religion.

The universe creator made humans, Earth, and the Earth Watchers. After the Creator left, Earth Watchers were left in charge. They are just watchers. They don’t interfere, don’t contact humans. Cold, distant, above everything. They stay in Earth’s highest dimension, and aliens can’t reach that level.

So my guess: alien civilizations sit between our physical surface dimension and the highest realm. Nordic aliens and other human-looking aliens are like our distant relative. Because the Creator is humanoid in form.

Nordic aliens are NOT time-traveling future humans. Between people, or between humans and animals, plants, consciousness communication is possible. You can read what’s inside each other’s mind, and there would be no more lies. They might be what humanity evolves into, once we step up into the next dimension. Longer lifespan.

We don’t even need to fly far into space to look for non-human beings. There are non-human residents right here on Earth, not on Earth’s physical plane. They are said to be smart and not aggressive.

They are ancient native of Earth. Maybe greys, maybe reptilians. There might be secret passages near the north and south poles, this part is just my guess. I don’t know for sure. The Earth Watchers only told me they are not human. The Earth Watchers don’t watch over them. They live in another Earth dimension, not underground.

Some aliens can erase a specific part of human memory easy, no machines needed. Sometimes there are short side effects after the memory wipe, like they’re still not perfect at it. They can communicate through consciousness, and even override human minds. I think they won’t do that unless they have to.

This ability to erase memories and control human minds is not some super advanced tech. I experienced it myself. Top dark sorcerers can empower spirits with dark magic. Normal ghosts can’t do this, but these spirits empowered by dark magic can mess with human consciousness and erase memories, and they’re even better at it than aliens.

I think alien ships are controlled by their consciousness, merged together with the being.

Think about it: there are fast cosmic portals that belong to different dimensions. How far you can go depends on your civilization’s level.

For alien reproduction: only non-humanoid aliens are curious about human reproduction, because it’s so different from theirs. I don’t think they reproduce like us. Maybe they have a hive queen or a spirit world tree. That is why they do not possess the broad, rich spectrum of emotions that humans carry.

One thing I believe: higher dimensional beings do not lie.

Some aliens only use bodies as temporary vessel. Their consciousness can move into new bodies over and over. Consciousness never die. That’s why when humans find alien bodies, the rest of their kind won’t come rescue them. They can talk to each other across huge distances with just their minds, no devices. These our special spirits can do this too.

And aliens can NOT time travel. That’s a universal rule.

Aliens don’t talk to any government people right now. They already know every thought we have. If they choose to connect with someone, they prefer pure hearted people with no hidden agenda.

Earth was made by the Creator as a good home for humans. When our morality and technology grow balanced, we will ascend to higher dimensions naturally, and then interstellar travel comes. Maybe thousands of years from now. Only if we don’t blow ourselves up with nuclear weapons first.

A messy dump of my thoughts, open to discussion.

So for the last 2 years I have been wrestling with information I have gotten by accident and these beings think it's very interesting how I glitch into there operations and see them " working" but sometimes on accident I see things I'm not supposed to and they will actually tell me sorry u can't keep that information and take the memory from me it has happened so much that I have been able to kinda kick start the memories.

So let me explain it seems that the ships they use connect to our awareness like a magnet esp if it likes you or related to u. So this has been going on for the last 2 years an I jus didn't realize that it was actually real till I realized how they connect. Because my thoughts are like not mine they seems to take on a life of there own and I realize my mind or soul or higher self is having a conversation with someone and then my inner eye jus sees it all I can see the machines they work with and can communicate with the ship it's self. And they have told me that now that I'm more aware of it and how the translation works. ( The machine communicates thru geometry) 100% but I keep doing it on accident and they asked me to meet a being that was curious about the situation. " I think it was trying to fix the ability I was using" well it didn't go very well and I got the ship to do a frying trick that they said was a very artistic way of flying by sheer awareness! This being was so impressed that he extended the flight and asked me to squeeze the field together more and and let the two points come closer because flying these things are like slipping on ice and landing on ur feet. Well I guess I really impressed this being! Because I was like I can let it RIP man I can do so much better. But the being explained that I can cause a tear in space and or make gravity spin off to much and the only way I can explain it is like to much slipping will cause a negative integers collision and make a very dangerous mistake. But anyways shortly after maybe 2 mins after the being came into my room an I can only describe the way it moved was like a agent from the matrix, but HE the being put a hand on my shoulder and said sorry and took a large amount of the memory from the event, but I have been able to keep some of the memories myself. The being explained that they manipulate time and there basically always jus outside of our space time, and this is what stuck with me. Because I always talk to them about how time works an y can't they jus tell me what's gonna happen in the next few weeks or years an I ask about investment advice to alot lol 😂 bad habits. But they explained that they can't accurately say the future because the people that run the planet right now. The people that make most of the the decisions are very aware that if they set an intention with a plan that's years ahead, it sets a permanent marker in the timeline that makes it very easy for interdimensional beings to manipulate and they told me that our government and world leaders are very aware of this and that's why they make many different plans and set intentions through different groups. DAD sort of have a directive to only execute one of these four plans if necessary. So these beings are in a time space battle to actually help humanity and nudge us but they can't directly intervene. So they use techniques and certain things to nudge us in the right direction because there's a strict law that says they cannot intervene, but they can give us a hint. They can give us a nudge to create our own reality to create things our own way. But that was one of the memories that I was able to keep and these beings are very very smart and it seems like they deliberate so much on their choices that they that they do. But then again maybe that's like a time thing. Maybe it's easy for them to deliberate cuz they've got all this time on their side but I keep being told that soon. There's going to be the ability for people to sort of fly these spacecraft through consciousness and they're saying they're going to be needing pilots but there's only you know a small group of people that can actually do it without the machine disconnecting or not finding a relationship with them cuz this machine. The ship is basically like an organism from what I understand and it has to connect to you and they also said there's some ships here that belong to bloodlines that don't know. These ships belong to them and then when the rest of them get here that they're going to demand this technology back and that it be given to what it sounds like. The genetic houses of the people that have a direct relationship to these machines or these ships that and I think I know where they're at but the technology on these things is just crazy cool!!. I have to say the the first time this happened and the second time it happened I thought I was going to have a heart attack in my front room and then three of them materialized and helped me sit down and they let me know. It wasn't a heart attack that I was basically connecting to some of their hardware and that it was like a glitch that they're trying to fix. But I just keep doing it over and over and now I seem to have fun because I can actually check in on them and see what they're doing, especially if they're like. Seems like in the area but there's actually multiple groups that I've been connecting to and there seems to be like one like type of machine that is like a nanny and I keep connecting to that but I can tell the way it feels cuz it feels like a quantum consciousness. It doesn't feel like a being that I'm communicating with anybody. Can anybody relate to this experience? Having memories wiped and coming back to them and then recognizing the feeling of knowing they're going to come and wipe the memory and trying to hold on to the memory and seeing these things. These pale white beings are almost translucent but they only look translucent cuz they like stop time for a moment and then do their thing and then finish their movements. And it looks like you know the matrix agents moving super fast.

I was contacted by an angel. After multiple different forms of contact I ended up seeing it in a UAP form by it being a star in the sky brighter than all other stars and after a couple of seconds it being still in the sky, it moved on an inward spiral like orbiting a black hole or entering a whirlpool, and disappearing in the center. This was a very fluid movement and quick enough to not doubt it was a UAP identified as what it called itself as an angel. It made no sound in the sky.

First, I asked God for a dream. I was building a rocket in the dream and I kept saying "I need my methylphenidate," I didn't know how I knew what this drug was at the time. It felt like divine knowledge. I got it and ended up in the back seat of this girls car, she said my feet stink.

She handed me a toothbrush and said, "brush your teeth with this and you'll see angels". I grabbed the toothbrush and was teleported into a lucid dream, in the apartment that I was living in, to the bathroom. I started brushing my teeth while looking at the mirror and saw an angelic version of me in the corner of the room sticking to the wall with a wide smile and eyes wide open. I was scared and couldn't move and was screaming I couldn't get up. The person I was with at the time woke me up. it was 2 and half hours later after asking for the dream.

Something squeezed the top of my foot 2x in rapid succession while I was awake.
I kicked the angel out of my home, it knocked on my sliding glass door that day. I told God "I don't want that thing within a mile of me."
A couple of days later I walk outside my apartment and see a bright white star in the sky. I look at the star and it moves on an inward spiral path like orbiting a black hole or going in a drain and disappeared at the middle.

A couple days or weeks later 3 orange orbs in a triangle formation, I don't think it was a tr3b, flew from east to west passing the same spot in the sky outside my apartment that the star was.
This was in Delaware OH in early 2021

I'm curious if anyone has asked high dimensional beings, angelic beings or benevolent aliens for help with healing? And if so how did you go about asking for help with the healing? I did try to a few weeks ago and had some wild visuals in and out of that falling asleep state but not sure if it was just me being sleepy and starting to dream.
