I'm curious to hear from people who have experience selling online.

For someone starting with a limited budget, would you recommend Etsy or Shopify?

Etsy seems like a reasonable option for reaching people already browsing a marketplace. Shopify offers more control over your store and branding, but getting traffic and converting visitors into customers takes effort.

I'm trying to understand what matters most in the beginning: finding customers, keeping costs manageable, or building a brand you own.
