Help How to get devvit support?
An app I created for use in r/AskMechanics is down. My sub and many other subs depend on this app and it is currently down due to an issue with the app user.
Is there any way to get in touch with support other than through messaging the moderators here? I've never once received a reply for help.

You're not paying for support. I doubt there's an SLA. I would alert your community and wait for them to come back in the office Monday. Mod Week is currently underway.

I know I'm not paying for any support, but I created an app for their website for their users to use. I also moderate an entire subreddit for free. I'm not making any money from me doing any of this, but Reddit sure is. It's not like replying would be doing me a huge favor.
It's just the last time I messaged the mods here in like April and May I got no reply.

I've worked on this website for a decade for free, maybe 15 years+ (I deleted a previous account due to the CEO). They don't answer any of my questions, either. Give it until Monday. Maybe someday they will improve. But they have no obligation to. They worked the weekend for Mod World.

You can try contacting them on Discord, but they usually don't reply on weekends, so you might have to wait until Monday.

What is the issue? Any specific errors?
