Every new install fails: POST .../Installations/Create -> 400 {"code":"invalid_argument","msg":"Something went wrong while installing the app. Please try again.","meta":{}}. Existing upgrades work.

Does anyone have any idea what causes this error on install?

The error message is useless.

The app can update existing installs, but gives this error on new installs.

We need more info - what Devvit version? Any lint or type check errors? Is this playtest or normal install?
