Hey everyone,

Terrible news today. I woke up and saw the server I helped start was completely deleted by the guild leader. It sucks to lose a community of 900+ people so instantly.

I’ll fill anyone in who wants details at some point, but the important news is that we are creating a new server right now with all the same officers.

edit: Every single one of us is still incredibly passionate about the original vision we set out with: building a dedicated, welcoming community for gamers to connect, play, and hang out.

We aren't letting this setback stop us from keeping that community alive.
Hang tight and stay tuned for the update

update: we have a new discord, appreciate the patience as we get this all set back up and boosted.

I would like to thank the mods for graciously allowing me to post about this event. I run a touring show called Dungeon, where we run stand-up comedians through 15ish minute one person roleplaying adventures. We project the dice rolls on a screen for the audience to cheer and jeer with every botch or success.

The show is coming to Dude IDK this Thursday the 29th at 8pm. I’ve included a video of how the game works so you guys can see if it would be something you’re interested it. It’s very silly, lots of fun, and a true love letter to D&D.

You can get tickets here. https://denvercomedy.multipass.com/dungeon

i wanted to start hosting a ninja storm 4 tournament but was curious if i could actually get people to join. it would be at lunar kava lounge and if people ar interested pls reply to let me know. i’d be very sad to host this jsut for no one to come 🤣

Hi, looking for 2-3 players for a biweekly game. we play every other Sunday from 12:30-4:30. We are adults though, and sometimes life happens. We are starting a new campaign and would like you to make a discord to discuss what we want to play together. LBGTQ+ and 420 friendly. Playing in central aurora at a game store until we get to know you, then a house.

The 3 of us have been playing together for a few years, so we would like someone who wants to commit. There is a women in our group. We are late 20s-30s. New players welcome, as long as you try to learn.

thanks everyone, I got enough people.

I'm working on a personal project to preserve out-of-print PC video games and make them compatible with modern hardware.

What I'd like to know: what stores have old PC games for sale?

I've shopped at Game Zone at Colorado Mills before. I'm looking for other destinations that have a large collection of used games specifically for PC. I've heard of Level 7 Games, but I don't know how if their selection is good. I'd like to know about any other less well-known destinations. For instance, a thrift store with a particularly large collection of games.

P.S. I am aware of the existence of the Internet Archive and piracy. I'm hoping to find games that haven't been preserved yet. Failing that, I want to support local businesses.

New to sim racing (primarily rally) and was wondering if we had a local group (facebook, discord, etc...) that gathers somewhere? Would love to chat/meet with some likeminded people near me!

Title says it all, I’m looking for any stores where people regularly gather to play BattleTech. I got into it recently and want to play some in-person games and find groups. Anyone know good places to look?

I'm starting an after school D&D club for kids ages 8-13, and we're playing Dragons of Storm Wreck Isle - shipwrecks, sea caves and real dragons, built for new players.

Every adventurer gets:

Their own hero, they can design from scratch - backstory, look, class, or I can provide a pre-written character.

A custom mini of their character, 3D printed and then painting together at the table! (Theirs to keep).

A gift box on the first session

Snacks every week

An immersive table with battle maps, minis and monsters.

Thursdays - 3:30-6:30pm after school.

6 weeks, starting 11/12

Hosted at a club family's home. Parents drop off 3:30, pickup 6:30.

$450 for the full 6 week campaign.

A little about me - I've been a professional Dungeon Master for years and have spent many years as a YMCA camp counselor for several different programs, including art, canoeing, fishing. I'm CPR and first aid certified. All of my sessions are family-friendly heroic fantasy. I'm happy to plan around allergies, dietery needs, or learning differences.

Only 6 seats, reserve by 11/08! Send me a DM if interested.

PS - looking for one family to host, and host family gets a discount. Reach out if you are interested!

Hey All,

I'm interested in playing some new RPG's and I think Genghis Con could be a fun place to do that. From my understanding, buying a ticket is just for playing games. So even without a ticket, people could show up and take a look at the shopping area. From there, attendees sign up to tables for games they want to play.

Now do tables cost money on top of the ticket?

What are the non D&D game selection like? I'm assuming most tables are 5e/5.5e, but I'm hoping there are some ShadowDark, Draw Steel, DCC/XCC, and/or Mothership. Bonus for some stuff like Castles and Crusades, Wrath and Glory, or Hyperboria.

And finally, what are the after parties like?

Want play DCC? Pirate Borg? Twilight Sword? or Tales of Argosa? Come to this Saturdays Ship of the Dead TTRPG Meetup at Enchanted Grounds Littleton. 3 pm and 7 pm games.

Sign up at the meetup group AND then sign up on the Google sheet for specific games!

Hi all! Does anyone know of a local store selling Soul Masters right now? My wife and I want to learn to play Saturday and need another deck. Online shipping won’t be quick enough!

All experience levels welcome! Thinking about meeting at Wizards chest :)

https://milehighhorrors.com/event/horror-board-gaming/ As always, your first drink is on me!

Howdy ya'll.

I'm looking for one more player to fill my table so we can start a new, long term Weird West Horror campaign using the TTRPG module Daggerheart going from level 1-10.

This campaign I have homebrewed in entirety, and the setting is in a world fairly parallel to Earth but with all the fantastical ancestries, monsters, magic, and religions from traditional Fantasy TTRPGs.

You would be playing a character moving to the "Amatican frontier" to seek your fortune. A new detective organization has been created to investigate the influx of strange monster attacks, zombie outbreaks, chase down outlaws and spy on corrupt businessmen. This organization is hiring, and paying a pretty penny for a group of brave and gritty adventurers.

I have all physical and digital resources for Daggerheart, so no initial investment in the TTRPG is necessary, and Daggerheart is very easy to pick up and start playing.

The game will be hosted at Thanes Table in Westminster off 90th and Wadsworth every other Saturday starting after the party is full and we have built characters and done a thorough session 0.
Time will be from noon-4:00/5:00 PM depending on session timing.

This table is welcome to all, though the theme of my campaign will be dark horror and may contain sensitive topics. However you prefer to reach out is fine for me, I am happy to discuss more information in comments or DMs.

Hey folks! Is anyone around the Denver/Front Range area currently running (or planning to run) a Dungeon Crawler Carl tabletop game?

Whether it's a one-shot, a campaign, or a table at an upcoming local convention, I'd love to join as a player! Let me know if you're putting a group together or have an open spot. 🎲🐈

I was thinking about running the new PF2e beginner box, Secrets of the Unlit Stars. Saturday's afternoons 2-6 PM. Plan on at least 2-3 sessions. I am looking for 4-5 adult players (18+), beginner's welcome. If we gel as a group I am planning to run a longer adventure path. This will be a casual, hopefully fun game for people interested in learning and playing 2e in the longer term.

Reply if interested.

Hey guys! Moved back to Aurora co with my wife and I’m looking to see if anyone’s got an in person game going on in the Aurora/denver area!

Note about me/wife:
-early 30’s
-experienced players (3 years and 1 full 1.5 year campaign from start to finish)
-I was the DM for the 1.5 year game
-used to playing weekly or bi-weekly
-love sharing the spotlight and everyone having cool moments
-preferably games on weekday evenings 6pm ish or weekends!

Edit: game is now full

Looking to put together a group for me to run an in-person D&D 5e 2014 game. I'm in the DTC/Centennial area so that part of town is where we'll be meeting. Still looking into places to play but it would be public (i.e. not a private residence). It will be a weekend game, probably Sunday daytime (details will be solidified as the group comes together)

About the group: Looking for 3-5 players total (currently have 1). In addition to playing the game, I'm also looking to build local queer community, so players must either be queer/LGTBQIA+ identifying or be the +1 of another player who is.

About the game: Open to homebrew/third party content (including integrating 5.5e/2024 rules) on a case-by-case basis, but ruleset will primarily be 2014 edition. Setting is undecided, but I have several official adventures, including some of the anthology style books that I might pick apart and put together with my own custom encounters.

Comment if you're interested and I'll DM you.

Looking to get back into the feel from my old TCG days. We could meet at a local place or something , or I could host. If you just want to try the game I’ve got plenty of characters so you don’t have to have anything 👍 and I am far from a pro , never been to a tournament , so don’t be worried about competitiveness , I like when people try their hardest but I also want people to have fun most of all.

Hello again! Got a fresh new batch of games and events for the back half of October and looking into November. An rpg based "speed dating", some spooky Halloween gatherings, trivia and a late night lounge. From Littleton to FoCo, paid mini cons to free gatherings. There's a little bit for everyone to round out the spooky season with games.

Hello all!

I am hoping to try Daggerheart and other rpg systems with the intention of one day buying and GMing a new to me rpg system. I have played in a few different ones, Lancer, Mothership, Wildsea, but have yet to GM something that's not D&D.

Are there any learn how to play sessions or groups open to beginners at any game stores near Westminster? Ideally for Daggerheart, as that recently caught my eye, but I'm up for learning anything.

Thank you!

If youre in the central park neighborhood or near it, that would be ideal. I'm 23M so ideally around my age group

Hi Everyone,

I have been to a few meetups and I have had a good time but I feel like I can’t escape the gateway game level games. Does anyone know of any public groups that tend to play more strategic games?

Thanks!
