Went to early vote yday. This guy almost hit my car and my child in the parking lot. Husband had to hit his car to get his attention. When asked to apologize, he started ranting about us being "woke" and "indoctrinating kids". 🤷🏻‍♀️

i hope this doesn’t come off as insensitive. i understand life can change at the flip of a dime, and that not everyone has an equitable start to life to begin with. i just wonder, what is it about denton that makes so many unhoused people frequent denton? there’s some people i’ve seen all five years i’ve lived here, and there seems to be a reason for them to stay, i just don’t know what it is (and obviously am not going to ask). is there restaurants that feed them? do we have a safer shelter than other cities? genuine question, please let me know if it’s harmful and i will delete!

I live in Astoria apartments, and they've partnered up with the WORST ISP, EVER.. My wifi signal is as bad as their tech support. Pavlov Media genuinely sucks.

My only fix is to get ahold of a 2.4 ghz router. Unfortunately, I'm on social security and have no money to buy one.

I'm hoping someone has an old type N that works off a wired jack. Cable in the back, wifi out the antenna.

Hello, I’m new to Denton (UNT freshman) and i was just wondering what parties or events are happening on or around halloween? I learned about the Rich parties from another post asking a similar question, but none of my friends wanna go to any of those so those are off limits sadly.

I don’t live there so I need help finding a great place to have a rehearsal dinner. Will need it catered if not a restaurant. Any caterers that are great? Help!

Hey all, just wanted to send this in here that if you do not have plans Thursday night, make an effort and go to the UNT game vs FAU. It is a huge game for the mean green and should be two really good offenses playing each other which is always entertaining. If you are not a student, there will be ticket deals throughout the week! Also, this game will be on ESPN with Sportscenter set up outside the stadium beforehand. We need everyone to show up and be loud for the mean green and show the kind of crowds and atmosphere we can create! Once you get your ticket, get as many people as you can to go as well! Games are always a great time when the crowd is there and enjoying it!
