This is just a response to someone about Libby saying ā I said NOā to BG. I heard it years ago. I recently heard it on Fig Solves in the last couple of weeks. Fig Solves heading for the comment was āDelphi murders: Shooting down Richard Allen defense.ā It starts about 6:40. This most likely happened shortly after BG said, ā guys, down the hill ā.

I've watched the video extracted directly from the phone, and didn't hear this. Plus, if it's coming from FigSolves I'd be highly dubious.

I agree about Fig but I hear Libby plain as day. But I heard this many years ago way before Fig.

It would really help if you simply post the actual clip of this audio so we can hear it. Especially if it's clear as day and I'm simply missing it.

Iām 79 and donāt know how to do that. At 6:40 you hear his last Guys and immediately a loud shout out, ā I said No! Like she yelled it loudly at BG.

This is not a question but it continues an answer to a question asked previously, which is how long should we expect to wait for a decision from the COA? I decided to look and see how long it had taken the COA to decide argued cases because these tend to be more complicated cases.
As of today, the COA has issued an opinion in every argued case since the beginning of 2026 (41 total*), except Rickās case and a case argued five days ago. This includes a case argued three days before his case and a case argued nine days after his case.
The average time between argument and an opinion issuing is 33 days. The median time is 27 days. Rickās case was argued 35 days ago. The maximum time was 85 days.
Rickās case is certainly an outlier given the complexity and the number of issues before the COA. I think it is likely his case will exceed that 85 day mark (which would be December 15th), but given this speedy track record on the most complex cases coming before the intermediate appellate court, I now think it isnāt impossible that weād see a decision before the end of the year and itās likely it will come in very early 2027.
* I excluded one case from this count because it was very unusual in that the COA issued a bunch of orders very quickly after argument, but not the actual opinion for some time.
