Drivers Ed cones

I am looking for someplace in the Delaware area that has drivers ed maneuverability cones set-up for practice. I know the BMV on 23 has a set but I suspect that we cannot go there to practice. Any leads would be appreciated!

Many of the high schools have them in the parking lot somewhere. I think Olentangy Liberty has a set in the lot between the football stadium and Sawmill Parkway.

Some of the libraries have them, I'm not sure if Delaware is one of them though. You could just go to Walmart and buy a couple traffic cones. That's what I did back in the day.
