If they are waiting to verify your eligibility whilst in education, your payment is blocked until you provide the evidence.
They may have extended the deadline for you, but, that doesn't lift the block.
You need to get the evidence as soon as you can. The longer you delay, the longer your payment will be delayed.b

You have a payment blocker and will not receive payment until this is resolved.
Does anything show on your To-Do list?

No statement = no money.
You need to call first thing in the morning, and put a message on now.
Once they figure out the issue they'll send the money faster payment.
(and its a payment blocker not a sanction. A sanction would be on the statement itself, and wouldn't stop it producing).
If you've reported self employment, high capital or a large change in capital that could be why - but ask the UC helpline in the morning and put a message on today.
"Hi my statement hasn't produced, can you tell me what the block is and what to do to get it sorted?" to Payments.

We've detected this post to be a crosspost, so we've copied and pasted it below just in case it gets removed on the original sub:
my UC account says my statement will be ready on the 24/10/26 and to check back then. it’s now the 27th and i’m due to be paid tomorrow. i still can’t view my statement but it says i will still be paid as normal. i can’t get through to them in the phone and im with monzo so can usually get my money 4pm the day before. i’m confused as ive heard nothing about a sanction and i have all my bills due tomorrow so worrying a bit. anyone else had this issue? TIA
