Deciphered! What is Starbucks trying to say to me?
I ordered a “medicine ball” tea and this is what they wrote on the cup. What da heck does it say?

Mainly I am trying to read the name of the undertaker at bottom in the close up photo. It looks like 'Richard Platt' to me but I can't find any record of someone with that name working as a undertaker in Brockville around that time.

If it follows any style at all, or what the closest match would be. It's gorgeous, and I'd love to read more about the method and incorporate some of the elements into my own.

Edit again: to the person who went and added a lot of erroneous info onto my ancestor's pages based on the assumption that Lowesa Semple and Louisa Hammond are the same woman, please don't add anything else. It's making things a lot more confusing.
Edit: some folks wanted to see the full sheet, see below. And yes, the surname is Hammond and line 4 is Louisa/Louiza. I have everyone but line 5. I've seen Alphra suggested before Google doesn't seem to recognize that name and it didn't show up on the census search.
Hey folks! I need help deciphering a name on my ancestors' documents. Can anyone read the name on line 5? Apparently it's that of a boy. Family was Episcopalian, if it helps. Please don't just plug it into an AI reader'; others tried that already and it didn't yield anything. Help me, good nerds of Reddit.

_____, my godchild this is my brother Eddie’n daughter.
This is on the back of a photo from NYC 1990s.
Edit: thank you everyone!! We just looked through a bunch of obituaries and found out that there is a distant cousin named Providence. This was a picture in a group of pictures that we couldn’t identify. I’ve never heard of someone named Providence, let alone a relative.

What I can make out (possibly) is “1960 To Jean ___, compliments of the ____, ____ Proescholdt”
EDIT: The book is the 1953 second revised edition of Advance to Barbarism by F. J. P. Veale published in Appleton, Wisconsin. It’s a pretty rare and collectible book.

Thank y'all, I'm going to keep spits, I think it might have just been slang And I'm going to assume she was trying to spell sausage.
"We butchered Mr.Armagost helped it is cold and windy and Spits snow"
"We made Soueeage we butchered a beef"
I cannot figure out if it is supposed to be "spits", and I don't know what they made.
(She is allergic to punctuation lol)

I only want to know what the top line says. I think it's "something something traveller". It's from the 1901 census in Newton Heath, North Manchester, Lancashire, England

If people are looking for things to try and transcribe I’ve got multiple volumes of old letters I inherited. Most are from historically notable individuals. I’m happy to post some of the more illegible ones for people to take a stab at. I think the oldest one I have is from the 17th century.
