How long will it take me to do med school or bac in biology prerequisite? I’m planning on doing the prerequisites and then to a bachelors but don’t want it to take 5 years. Any help would be appreciated.

I applied to Concordia's MA in Political Science (minimum 3.30, Honours degree). On Concordia's 4.3 scale my full record is about 3.23 because of a failed first year back in 2015, but my last 60 credits are about 3.65 (Honours BA, Dean's Honour List, scholarships). I also have a graduate certificate in Marketing Analysis and 3+ years of professional research experience with federal government clients.

Does Concordia calculate admission GPA on the full record or on recent coursework? Has anyone been admitted with a full-record GPA under the minimum but a strong recent record? Thanks!

As a aerospace engineering student, I’m currently doing an internship until December. I was planning on going back to school in the winter, as per my course sequence, but I got an internship offer from Pratt & Whitney to come work for them as a Supervisor Intern.

So would it be better to take the offer and do two internships in a row, or would it be better to go back to school?

I'm in conditional standing, i have to improve my gpa and i have to repeat 2 courses.

I can improve my gpa.

But can't repeat both courses. one of the courses has a lab, i was supposed to take it winter 2027 but I already have a work term next winter which will prevent me from taking it.

Does that mean i will be kicked out ?

Will the midterm follow the old format of 6 long-answer questions? Or is it confirmed that the exam will consist of multiple-choice questions along with 2 long-answer questions?

Just wondering, if you were to apply for a deferral before missing the exam (e.g. if I apply for DEF now, 2 months ish before the final exam takes place) and the deferral request is accepted, are you then obligated to take the exam on the deferred date, in the next exam period? Or can you decide not to defer and take the exam on the original date?

hello 👋🏿. I had a question, i’m an ECP Aerospace Engineering (OPT.C) future student(winter 2027)

Since the most of courses you need to take to fill up the extra 30 credits are easy. should I :

A. Distribute these ECP courses along with courses on the course sequence throughout the 4 years (To boost my gpa and maintain a high gpa throughout the 4-5 years)

B. Do them all on the winter/fall 2027 semesters(So the first year will be easier than the remaining 3)

i know i sound so stupid right now but my english is bad 💔 . In short:

Do all easy course at once OR do all easy course separately in case my gpa drops on a certain semester and i can compensate with an ECP elective.
