A few of us have been jamming for fun at my place and we’re looking for more folks to join in. We aren't looking to go professional or tour the world—just a casual weekend session to play some Classic Rock, Bengali rock, Hindi Rock, Indie Fusion and have a good time. If there are any drummers out there and want to join us then let me know.

My 4 year old niece is coming for the weekend. She loves nature and animals and typically kid stuff. What are some cheap or free activities for us to do? New(ish) to the area, so any ideas are helpful.

What is there to do on Halloween around concord for adults? Is there anything downtown? My boyfriend and I are new to the area and don’t know many people but we wanted to go out and do something for Halloween. Are there any bars in the area doing anything fun? A bar crawl maybe?

I just moved into the Edgewood neighborhood right by downtown and I was wondering if that area gets any trick or treaters?

From where can I buy nuts in reasonable price in concord or around it ?

We have a family of 6 looking to purchase in Cabarrus can anyone give suggestions of safe neighborhoods or homes that maybe for sale by owner. We have seen a few one went under contract 😭 so that’s out but many are over our 500k budget any suggestions or insight will be greatly appreciated.

Afternoon everyone, I’m searching for an apartment in Concord. The Bexley Village apartments are nicely priced for a one-bedroom apartment.

Given the location and proximity to the mall, the price is worrying me. If you live/lived here, I’d love your opinions.

Where do you get real legit hyderabad 65 and Hyderabadi dum goat biryani around the concord and charlotte area. And I don’t mean Andhra style dry chicken… I mean real hyderabadi wet chicken 65.

I’m 38, live in Concord, and realized that while I have some longtime friends, none of them live nearby.

I’m pretty laid-back and more of a homebody than someone who’s constantly going out. Big music enthusiast, into photography, movies, conversations that go a little deeper than everyday small talk. Good sense of humor is a must.

Ideally looking to meet a couple people around my age who enjoy hanging out, having a drink or smoke, listening to music, talking about whatever, and keeping things low-key.
Not looking to join a bunch of clubs or fill my calendar with activities. Just looking for a couple genuine friendships with people who have some free time.

In general, I support public education. I also don’t want public money going to private schools or even for charter schools to get any more pubic funding than they already get.

Delilah is a sweet mixed breed puppy estimated to be around 4 months old and weighing approximately 15 pounds. She was found abandoned at a dog park with her siblings and mother, and now she’s looking for a loving forever home of her own.

She is working on house training, doing excellent with crate training, and is up to date on age appropriate vaccines. Delilah is a very docile, dog-friendly girl who deserves a family to call her own.

PUMPKINS BY THE POOL!

Fall has arrived at Concord Swim Club and we’re celebrating with a fun afternoon for the whole family!

Join us October 25th at 2-4PM to pick your perfect pumpkin, decorate it with provided materials and enjoy apple cider and delicious doughnuts!

Pumpkins are $5 each. Costumes encouraged!
