GX Vice if you’re leaving the country for a while and are working on becoming a more patient person.

I have yet to hear of him actually fulfilling anything in the last 8 months from anybody.

Just go to Black Mammoth instead, fuck those wait times for a holster that just has a retention latch

Curious since I’m just starting carry optics, does the holster have to be locked on the draw or can it be unlocked kind of how you run a race holster?

It can be unlocked at 'Standby' yes.

Ok cool, just making sure that it didn’t need to be locked. If that was the case I’d run a safariland type holster

Black Mammoth Holsters. Fantastic and can be had in less than a month with custom kydex prints if that is your thing.

DARA holsters has been a great holster for me. Their system lets you interchange between holsters for different pistols with a flip of a lock lever and push of a release button

I got the Dara myself, Action Sport. However the fact they made their own attachment pattern just to sell me the adapter for $30 to use a QLS fork(or other common mounts) rubbed me the wrong way when I was assembling it all. I won’t be buying from them again on principle. Holsters fine.
