Also, curious how many people here handle behavioral health claims regularly. What issues are you running into the most?

I work at a California home health agency using WellSky (Kinnser). Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) is required for Medi-Cal billing, and we’re struggling with missed visit logs and occasional location/service area errors.

For those at agencies that have gotten compliance close to 100%, especially other WellSky/Kinnser users: what made the biggest difference? Training, reminders, workflow changes, how you follow up on misses, recognition, anything else? Thanks for any help!
