I just went to my first Chief Keef show in Phoenix tonight and was severely disappointed. Show time was 8pm and there were no opening acts, but for the next 2.5 hours it was just his DJ and entourage playing songs from various Chicago rappers such as Lil durk, G Herbo, and Polo G. It was fun listening, but after a while the crowd started to mellow out as everyone was waiting for Chief. They kept hyping the crowd up about Chief like after every song and it felt like he was gonna pop out anytime. Chief didn't show up until a little after 10:30pm and I was a bit pissed because all the concerts I have been in Phoenix usually end around 11pm. He rushed through many songs as he didn't completely sing through all of them and before you know it about 40ish minutes later the show was over. I only paid like $46 bucks for my ticket but damn was expecting more. Then also when he was on stage he had two other dudes singing with him as well and I was wondering if he was too gassed to perform solo and that probably woulda explained his delay. I have been to many other shows for different genres and the artist usually has 1.5 hour setlist and they sing their songs for the full length. Went to see Lil Baby a few years ago for his back outside tour and that was disappointing as well. From now on for hip hop, I'll just stick to seeing Travis Scott, whom I have seen twice, as he actually puts on a show for the fans and shows up on time but want to ask is this normal for Chief to only perform for like 30-40 min?
