I started to play the game 3 days ago, and after this time I still have a few question left, and the first one is : why do the démons have two names? I must have missed a scenario somewhere to explain it to me or something, but I can't explain why Mastema becomes Layla when we're in the Home, Ashmodai becomes Abigail, Daagon Sean, etc.

And second question, for the Ars Goetia players : what proportion of cards do you play face down? I personnaly set around half of the cards that can go on the field per match.

I played this game around the end of 2019/beginning of 2020. I sure Iser's portrait was upside down with her biting her finger. I truly adored it, but it was changed when I came back to this game beginning February 2021. Does anybody know why? Nobody else's changed

Been playing about a week; I've been trying to get as many rewards from the Medal 'Season Pass' but I seem to have completed all the available Missions and Challenges but I'm only on level 53? Do these refresh? There is only 5 days left and I definitely won't get any further at this rate.

How do I defeat the emperor in one turn??? I know I need to give the enemy hero a status effect, so I can defeat him with the spell card, but how do I do that? Please help :<

So January 27th I created a Chaos Academy account and after playing 4 tutorials the beginners and Battle/Ranking/Trainee twice they gave me 33 packs and a random SSR ticket alongside a bunch of other things in my mailbox. The following day I got my friend to make account but he didn't get 33 packs afterwards only the SSR ticket and stuff. My question is was the free packs a limited time promotion and he just missed the widow or is there something else he needs to do that I'm forgetting?

Hey new player here. When I go to the store and press on the card section some cards appear to only cost 1 (forgot the name of the currency). I went through the different mythologies sections but this only happens for some cards in theCthulhu section. Is this a glitch? A mistake in the developers part?

I got this game yesterday, and I've been doing the ranked matches, and I discovered a bonkers combo. There is a card that gets +1 attack for every friendly hero that dies. Psychic Bind summons a hero to every empty space and then kills them all. I got up to 18 attack on a single card for the low low price of 8 AP across 2 turns. That's a little busted, don't ya think?
