Marshmallow flump
Meet Kuma, my 4-month-old Ragdoll boy, who’s still figuring out how sitting works

When a cat flops completely flat on its side or back, it exposes vulnerable areas like the belly. This behavior usually means the cat feels entirely safe and relaxed in its environment. For rescued or shy cats, seeing them finally flump out in the open is often a huge milestone in their adjustment process. How long did it take for your cats to feel comfortable enough to flump around you?

Same facial likeness, next time I’ll need to do a full body to capture Bailey’s majestic flumpiness

I happened across this sub from a comment and I have never been more pleased because she is the only cat I’ve ever had who sits this way. She is a very distinguished girl
Edit: thanks to the people who said she looks like a Meredith! I fear I will never hit the name nail on the head like this again.

We have no idea why Wednesday does this. She will sit down on the sofa next to you like this too. She also is a former stray with zero sense of boundaries, her favorite thing is to get in your face and bite it (lovingly).
