The good news is when Forge wins the shield, they don’t win the cup 👀 no shield is just fine for me

Edit: Cavs deserved the league this year. In September I was sure it was a done deal; it was only a little stumble that made it close.

Now impact need Forge or Cavalry ti win the playoffs to make champions league I think

Yeah, looks like it. It's the 2nd place club in the CPL standings that gets the second CPL spot if Cavalry does the double, and since that is already Forge, it then goes down to the CanChamp finalist. Which would be a huge kick to the head of Ottawa (if they lose to Cavalry) or Supra (if they lose to Forge) to reach the final and get nothing out of it.

Winning the Canadian Championship was the main goal this year. Anything else is a nice bonus.

It was yours to lose after Forge's drop in form and you guys hung on. Like I said, congrats. Team just made you sweat a little more than they should have by the end. The season is a grind. Top teams are gonna go through lows.

I wouldn’t call it a low, the last few weeks were very U21 heavy to meet the minimum minutes. The first string guys have been strong all year.
