How was your experience in applying, getting admitted and completing steps before your first term?

Hi i’m a veteran looking to apply to the VBSN program and was wondering if any other veterans had completed their pre requisites at a different CSU. On the pre nursing core website it says “We also honor any courses approved to meet the CSU Pre-Nursing Core at other CSU campuses with Nursing Programs.”

The CSU i’m currently at pre nursing core is a general chem class and i’m not sure if that accepted even though it is implied it would be by the CSUSM website and I can not get a straight answer from the program coordinator on this since they can not evaluate classes before applying.

Thanks for any help in advance!

Hi guys, I’m about to apply to CSUSM as a local Palomar student however I’m a little nervous. Im an accounting major so I know it’s impacted. Thing is, I dont know if I can pass my business calculus class before the end of spring because the professor genuinely can’t teach and every other ones don’t as well. It is the only thing that keeps me from getting my ADT sadly :( will this harm my chances of getting in a lot? My gpa is still good, about 3.7 (might go down now..)

Please fill this out, I just want to pass the class

If anyone has the time and wants to take a quick survey I would really appreciate it. I know a lot of people have to do surveys right now so I've been doing every one I see. This is for my psyc lab class and I need 100 responses! Thank you:)

Hey guys it would be greatly appreciated if yall could take my survey for my Social Psychology lab. The only stipulation is that you have to be 18 years or older and a current student at CSUSM. Thank you!

Hello everyone! I need 100 surveys for ENTR 320, if you could fill it out it would be much appreciated!

Do we wait until orientation Dec 2? When are we supposed to enroll?

Hello everyone,

I hope you all are doing well, I was hoping I would be able to get some survey responses for my group's survey for my marketing class. This survey should take around 5 minutes at most and it will be very helpful if some people could fill it out. Thank you!

Why is everyone being inconsiderate and very loud in the library???

Hello is anyone still waiting to hear back from the Absn program for spring 2027? I applied on the last day of the deadline and my application is still in review

Hey all, first gen prospective student hoping to get some real numbers from other students with a -1500 SAI on how much financial aid to actually expect.

All the different sources i.e. Pell Grant, Cal Grant, CSUSM itself, and other scholarships is a little confusing and I'm hoping to know how much total aid I should actually be expecting to receive.

I know I’m supposedly eligible for the full $7300 Pell Grant which is already most of CSUSM tuition, but how much more I get from other sources on TOP of that (if any?) could make a huge difference in my plans regarding housing etc.

Would love if anyone would be willing to share exactly how much aid, and from what sources, you actually get per year.

Thanks to anyone willing to share!

Hello, I was wondering if anyone had found a DJI mic set in the arts building in either classroom 239 or lecture 240. Attached is what it looks like. If anyone finds this I would be grateful! I lost around two weeks ago. Please if anyone finds this ill give $50 dollars for reward it's what I can afford to give out. It has audio on it from events on the right side of the mic. So please if yall find it, message me or reply to this post please!

I've been accepted to the ABSN Spring 2027 Program.

I'm curious to know a few things.

1. Prior cohorts' experience with class and clinical scheduling.
2. If you have experience with the payment plan process for paying the tuition.
3. Overall experience in the program.

So if you are in an early cohort or have graduated, any other general information would be helpful.

Has anybody had to fill out the Reinstatement petition form after academic probation and get accepted back in without having to take classes during your one semester out?

I was wondering if anyone with their bachelors from a UC, UCSD especially, could help clarify what classes would satisfy the chem w/lab requirements (CHEM 105 & 105L) for San Marcos? I've tried using assist and tes to check and none of them are giving me helpful info.

or if anyone has taken any online classes that satisfy these reqs that'd be extremely helpful!

Why did CSUSM decide to invest in the squeakiest, loudest chairs ever?
