Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Just experienced this for the first time and was wondering if anyone else has had the pleasure.

It happened to me when I was running from the margwa that spawns after unlocking pap and I fell through near one of those train carts. Another glitch I've seen frequently is in origins when a zombie spawns near the cart that has the lightning disc it'll just stand there, same thing in the church stairs.
