Non-Vent Continuity
This is one of my favorite sitcoms. I know no comedy show cares about continuity and I don’t either but I always have a chuckle when I’m binging and notice all the things they “forget” from previous seasons.

Marjorie's proposal pops into my head! Originally ring hidden in cat litter, later Victor proposed after they ran over a opossum.

In one episode Bonnie knows that Adam has a brother and then in a few episodes later she acts surprised to learn that he has one 😂

Bonnie is also very forgetful when it comes to things that don't directly affect her so maybe it was something like that loll

Marjorie’s whole back story changed quite a bit in my opinion especially with when she was married and had Jerry to when she was homeless then married again??? Regardless I love the show one of my favorites!

Her backstory confuses the heck out of me! Like she was in recovery and almost cheated on her husband but other times it sounds like she divorced long before getting sober.

Yeah it always confused me too. I’m on my third rewatch (lol) and I think she was married to Jerry’s dad, got divorced, then remarried and that’s typically who she refers to as her ex husband up until Victor.

I always laugh at a smaller one: Bonnie being good at math.
In some episode of season 2 when Christy is calculating how much time will take to pay off weekly the late rent to Victor, Bonnie and Marjorie calculate it pretty quickly because "drug dealers are so good at math". Then in season 4 when Bonnie and Christy are counting the money from Shirley's fridge, Bonnie can't make a simple sum.

The sum of the money in the freezer changing is the joke, friend. Bonnie is saying a lower amount to keep it for herself, so she only has to split the lower amount and not the real amount lol

I got that. What I mean is immediately after this joke, when she tells Christy the true amount and they try to calculate how much is the total sum of Christy's pile and Bonnie's pile.

Christie not knowing how to skip is hilarious but in s2 she skips to the car when Alvin shows up with the boys (her half brothers)

Christy joking about the strip club still using her photos for ads, then bonnie and the others later on trying to hide the ads because Christy has no idea and would freak out

That could just be that they didn’t remember her joking about it. I could see Christy knowing about the billboard and just letting it go.

Just finished the show and when Adam finds out he might have lung cancer, Bonnie says he hasn't smoked in 20 years. I'm not sure if she just meant cigarettes but in other seasons he was very much smoking weed

I’ve watched the series through multiple times, taking breaks in between. I just finished season 8 again and realized how much I really love this show

I have long thought TV continuity tzar is my true calling. I notice the errors in all my favorite shows and they bother my brain more than they should. Lol

There are so many times too.
Bonnie had Christie at 16-17 and Alvin immediately left her, but they talk about doing so many adult things when they were together.
When Marjorie got engaged to Victor, she said he put the ring in the kitty litter (so something like that) but when he died, she wanted to spread his ashes in the apple orchard he proposed in.
Just a couple examples.
However, I love this show so much so I don't really care about the errors
