The breakfast I made for myself this past weekend. Served with coffee.

PB & J Pancakes with over easy eggs. I think i may have overcooked the eggs, though. A tip on them would be much appreciated.

No frills. Just good country cooking.

And a Bloody Mary for a Sunday breakfast.

When making breakfast this morning, I realized I had two different types of smoked salmon: some smoked coho as well as some cold smoked salmon LOX.

Dave's killer, bread, cream cheese, red onion, and capers, and one poached egg to top it off. Fantastic.

Bbq sauce beans, Argentinian blood sausage, sautéed heirloom tomato, and some funky lil potato thing from the trader of joes.

We went to a restaurant called Omega in Downers Grove, IL and ate some banana and walnut French toast, corned beef hash with eggs and sourdough toast, and some delicious maple bacon. It was amazing. We then went on to encounter zero ghosts but still had a wonderful time and enjoyed a beautiful fall day out and about.

2 salt and peppered over easy eggs and 2 slices of whole grain toast with butter and strawberry preserves. My go-to quick and easy breakfast.

This sausage tastes like Thanksgiving in the good way. 10 outta 10 recommend 💁🏻‍♀️
