Hello BG community! I have a lease that I'm willing to relet to anyone who is interested. My goal is to move out before winter, or by December at the latest. My target is fellow college students.

I want to be 100% transparent as I can with the lease.

Baseline rent, which is due THE FIRST OF EVERY MONTH, is $609. This includes mattress rent, as well as furniture rent.

Utilities, on average, is $75 a month. That includes water and electricity.

The lease is 1 year long.

The room is the space you're renting. The living commons is the living room. The furniture is included in your rent.

I will be paying the relet fee, so do not worry about that.

Born and raised here, but I remember as a kid in the 90s there was this local furniture store in town that had a Scottish bagpiper as a logo and had a location right off the old mall on Campbell & Nashville RD (on the side where Big Lots used to be). I saw these trucks every now and then going by my daycare center and on the way to school, but the name of the place is escaping me.

Anyone have ideas what this place was?

Now that Treen 'n Trends has closed, where are you shopping for Christmas stems, branches, ribbon, etc? Hobby Lobby doesn't have much of the merchandise you could find at T'nT and I haven't found t anywhere else! Tempted to order online, but price (!) and not being able to actually see and feel the items makes me leery.
