I see what you are saying and that would make 100% sense to me except for her bag with the swimsuit and other stuff in it. I can see a sunshade being set up for the dogs if she was going to leave them there, (and the dog food), but I don’t know why she would have abandoned HER personal belongings.
Since it happened very recently, the request for more people to take a look at the dogs to see if they were recognized by anyone led to me posting this so it would be seen by more people who could see them and perhaps even post the pictures elsewhere if they were in the same area.
