Pat McAfee and game day
Pat is a character in a reality tv show.
Honestly this whole dust up feels like WWE making up a beef to drive attention and viewership.
If they bring the show back for the Utah/BYU game, it will bring in a lot of eyeballs to watch the WWE style drama.

Big 12 commish mulls new event if conference title games end

r/BigXII Power Rankings (Football, Week 9)
β οΈ Ballots will only be accepted from users with flairs. If you haven't already, please flair up.
Cast your ballot by commenting anywhere on this post. You can put whatever you want in your comment, but your ballot must begin with {{start}} and end with {{end}}. In between, list off the schools from #1 (best) to #16 (worst). Each school must be on its own line and that line cannot include any additional text. Bulleted and numbered lists are fine. Please use school names, since there are some schools with matching team names. You must include all 16 schools and multiple schools cannot share the same rank.
Every user's ballot will be given equal weight. Please give your honest opinion.
This is an example of what a ballot might look like. For this example, I'm just listing the teams in alphabetical order.
{{start}}
Arizona
Arizona State
Baylor
BYU
Cincinnati
Colorado
Houston
Iowa State
Kansas
Kansas State
Oklahoma State
TCU
Texas Tech
UCF
Utah
West Virginia
{{end}}You can put whatever you want before and after the ballot.
Comments without ballots are also fine. Feel free to share your opinions on other people's ballots. Remember to be respectful and understand that power rankings are subjective.
I will run a script on Wednesday morning to collect all the ballots and generate the rankings. I'll make a separate post with the results and a distribution table.

Look, I know the B12 hates Utahβ¦but our start times have been cruel.
8pm for almost every game of the year, then 10am for the holy war? Come on.

Joey McGuire has lost Game 7 of the season for 4 straight seasons
TTU Game 7 2023 = Loss to Kansas State
TTU Game 7 2024 = Loss to Baylor
TTU Game 7 2025 = Loss to Arizona State
TTU Game 7 2026 = Loss to Cincinnati
Joey McGuire is .683 overall as the Head Coach for Texas Tech
Joey McGuire is .200 in Game 7 on the schedule as the Head Coach for Texas Tech, all 4 losses were to unranked conference teams, last seasons Game 7 loss was the only loss in the regular season.
Joey McGuire has gone .750 after Game 7 in the regular season over that same stretch.
Any theories as to why the Game 7 loss streak?

Scene in Utah after going up 21-13: Are you a fan of the European style flag waving?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
As far as Iβm aware, the university of Utah is the only school that allows this
*flags are not allowed to be waved during gameplay. Only pregame and after scores + turnovers
