Help Build my folder
I can't with Duo I not great at building folders I just random

So based on what I’m seeing, you’re playing red sun and are on your first playthrough. While I’m not sure what souls you have (outside of guts since I think that’s forced as your first soul in red sun), do remember that your Navi cust is just as important for duo, especially since I see you put in some numberman codes to get a few chips that aren’t from level 1 viruses. Air shoes is really nice, as is custom2 if you’re using a chip-centric playstyle.
As for the chips themselves, C-code looks like a good bet. Duo is immune to chips that require a ground target, so don’t bring mokorus or airhoc-like chips. Similarly since there’s a bunch of holes, chips like geyser suddenly become more useful, so don’t forget about that. I’d say the bulk of your folder could be projectile attacks like widesht and elem[pick whatever you have the most of, I usually go with ice].
Don’t forget to bring 1-3 chips to sacrifice to use soul unison. A few buster upgrades with gutsoul’s signature machine gun if you spam the buster key can make up the difference in chip quality. If you have roll soul, don’t forget that it’s super busted with a good mono-code folder since you can heal for up to 50% of your health per turn. If you have search soul, you could opt for a PA-centric strategy, though I don’t recommend it since it can make your folder very brick-y when you don’t find your PAs and/or search soul sacrifice chip(s). And if you decide to make use of your mega buster in lieu of chips, make sure you run invis*, as it’s just a really good defensive chip to get you out of tight spots.
Most of duos attacks are avoidable though, you just have to learn the patterns (easier said than done, I know). If 8 year old me beat this dude with an alphabet soup folder and god knows what Navi-cust setup, I think you can do it too, just hang in their soldier!

Use D code and F code. Up to you to figure out what chips. As building and finding your own is the fun part

Kids these days… back in my day I struggled and failed against duo for over a month before finally beating him the first time…
