Is this normal?

Is it normal for this plug to be wobbly even if collar fully tightened. Cigweld blue venom 186. Vid in comments

I don't know if it's normal for that machine, but I guess the questions that I have for you is...

Is it seated fully in the slot also? Is that nut tightened down all the way?

Could we perhaps get a bigger view, perhaps from the other side of the machine?

I can't tell if that's a MiGwip or whatever because these silly multiprocess machines that jam five processes down one line, you know, they just look, they look silly to me and I can't tell you unless you give me more things to look at.
