Are these new fruit trees planted too deep? Too much mulch?

I forgot to mention I raised them like 3inches already.

Oh good. I was like, damn those graft balls are awfully low. I think there's roots coming out of them. Remove those roots.

likely planted too deep. Keep the mulch 12" away from the trunk.

They were. Trim off the roots coming out of the trunk.
