Can anyone help id this offset light mount with integrated button?

This is actually the perfect solution. No wires and no funky thumb over rail.

It’s a Modbutton with the offset/angled light mount. It’s not in production anymore.

You could get pretty close to the same thing with an Arisaka picatinny scout mount and a Modbutton Lite.
