My advice and how I started in robotics was just get yourself an Arduino or raspberry pi based kit and just start playing around with it and some tutorials.

Good idea to start with an simple robot for an objective, maybe a tele-operated robot you can control from your phone ? Or a line following robot ? Plenty of tutorials and guides out there for inspiration.

Learn software first. Create robot using a robot simulator. Build hardware.

I know python and java. Are they enough? Or do i need c++?

Python is enough bro. I am actually working on a robotic program using python and Webot simulator

just build something simple and start somewhere, anything and analyze it, obeserve in nature how to do stuff, there is the greatest robot, human body and animals bodies, just look and reverse engineer it and build it
